it was 1st time here. Am feeling anxious about it i settled in really well. The staff are amazing and I got on really well with all. I had a couple of incidents with another resident but the staff were very quick to make sure it was sorted out and I was ok. I will hope be bk in 2026

I've had relatives stay or live in three different care homes and have visited most of the homes in Perthshire. Rumbling Bridge stands out from all the rest because of the staff. Uniquely, the staff here seem happy and keen to help, which makes all the difference. Despite many visits, Rumbling
Bridge never smelled like a toilet (many do - it means they're too short staffed to deal with anything quickly), and nobody was asleep in their soup. They try their best to treat everyone with respect.

Staff are very attentive to all of mum's needs. She has fitted in really well and settled down quickly. The environment is lovely and has a really chilled feel about the whole place. Mum is engaging with the other residents, who all make her feel at home. We have nothing but praise for all the staff
who are looking after mum. Fantastic Place.

Fantastic place which meets my father's needs. Staff are amazing and have made us feel very welcome. Nothing is ever an issue and any requests have been followed up very promptly. My father has settled well and enjoys everything on offer, which in turn has been great for us as a family knowing he is
happy and settled has taken a great pressure off of us.

My son has been well cared for and has really enjoyed his stay here. An excellent care home with lovely staff, very helpful. The overall running of this care home is excellent and cleanliness perfect.

My parents had an urgent admission. I have been really happy with all the staff at Rumbling Bridge these last days since Mum and Dad arrived. They have been really attentive and caring and have gone above and beyond to help them settle.

She's getting the best care I could ask for, as this disease is a very challenging illness.
The outings and activities are amazing for all.

It’s a daunting thing, having a family member enter a care home and worrying about what it will be like but I’m so relieved that my mum is so well looked after. The staff are always so helpful and friendly, the place is always clean, there’s always activities on and the staff remember you. Knowing
my mum is safe and happy means everything. Thank you so much to all the staff!

My mum is currently in Balhousie Rumbling Bridge Care Home. She is receiving excellent care from all the staff, nurses and chefs. The staff are always friendly, helpful and understanding with all the residents. They always welcome you with a smile and nothing is any trouble for them. Great team of
staff.

Very pleased with the high standard of the premises. Very clean and extremely helpful staff. Helped me to settle in well. Great views from my room over the hills. Very happy with the facilities on offer.

Excellent care from all staff, they are all extremely well trained, especially dealing with Huntington patients. I always find staff helpful and pleasant. The manager is excellent, the care home has a bright, pleasant feeling since she came back, management are always visible and happy to update me
on my husband, they feel like part of the family.
