My experience is the home my mother is in is a restful place with beautiful nurses and staff. My mother loves it. Thank you very much to the manager and all the people there.

The staff in Greerville Manor Nursing Home are diligent, respectful and approachable. They have looked after my wife for the past 9 months and any concerns I have had have been addressed promptly and with care. I have no complaints.

My mother has been in Greerville for over 5 years and in that time I have found the Manager and all the staff to be approachable and very friendly, they always address you by name and make time to chat about my relative and keep me updated on any change in my mother either by phone call or in the
home.
The home is clean and fresh some parts may need a coat of paint but that is only a minor point as the kindness and care shown is more important than paint.......
On occasions when I am in to visit near a meal time the food looks good, my mother is on a soft diet and the way that is presented on the plate looks appetizing.
Thank you all and a word of thanks to the cook/chef and kitchen staff whom I would rarely see .

The care home is an extremely welcoming environment for the all the residents and the staff who work there are all so professional and committed to making the resident's stays as pleasant as possible.

Greerville staff are welcoming and know the family by name. They are always never too busy to listen and cater for the needs of the residents they care for. I have observed the affection they have towards the residents and would spend necessary time with them when required.
The home is clean, the
rooms are neutral in colour and apart from a fresh coat of paint are in excellent condition. There is a laundry service available and clothes are always washed and dried. Additional services are provided for grooming, eye tests are also carried out. There are several lounge areas where everyone can watch TV and a dining room. Activities are also organised and medications are stored in a secure place. I am happy that family members are looked after.

Greerville is a very friendly home. All the staff are kind and nothing seems too much trouble to them. You feel you can approach them to discuss aspects of patient care. Every part of the home is clean and tidy and entertainment is provided on a regular basis. The food is varied and nutritious. Am
happy with care provided.

My dad has been in respite a number of times before we decided as a family we would no longer meet his needs. I was so grateful to Greerville staff for their reassurance and support. My dad has been here for approximately 4 years, during COVID and throughout it all the staff have been amazing in
ensuring the highest levels of care and I know if it had not been for them, we would not have had him with us as long. Greerville has the most skilled, lovely, holistically conscious team I gave ever come into contact with and I will be forever indebted to them.

The staff at Greerville Manor do an excellent job with all of the patients. They are very helpful and do their very best at all times. They are friendly and polite with all visitors who come to see their loved ones. The staff look after everyone extremely well.

My mother-in-law passed away on 20 December 2023. She was a resident in Greerville Manor Care Home for just under 3 years. The care she received from all the staff was exceptional, in particular I would like to thank two specific staff members for their care, but do not wish to exclude any of the
team from the office managers to the domestic staff who played a vital role in ensuring her comfort. My thanks to them all.

My brother has occupied a bed in Greerville Manor Care Home for more than five years. Recently (December 22nd), he was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Throughout his time with Greerville, he has had care and attention to a very high standard and it is of great comfort to his family knowing that his
final days will be spent getting this continued care. All the staff work extremely hard to maintain high standards for all residents who all have individual complex needs.

The staff go above and beyond their call of duty to provide an excellent service of care for all residents. They accommodate all needs and requirements in their hands-on approach to residential care. You could not hand-pick a better group of staff providing an essential service.

Anytime I have visited over the last 12 months, I have found the staff very approachable and friendly. The care that my brother is given is excellent.

The staff in Greerville Manor have been wonderful in looking after my father for the last few years.
They have cared for dad with consideration, respect and when it came time for dad to leave this life they were 100% committed to him and treated dad as if he was one of their family which was
wonderful for me as I am an only child.

Everyone at the home, nurses, carers, housekeepers etc all do an excellent job, all very pleasant and helpful in every way. They are very good and attentive to my father.

My husband was a resident of this care/nursing home and was looked after by excellent staff. Medically, the nurses gave him regular checks and kept me informed at all times. The care workers treated him with the dignity he deserved in every aspect of his life, especially when he came to the last
stages of dementia. They also helped me and my family when he became ill near the end of his life. They have compassion and I was grateful for all their kindness when he died it made it a little easier.
