Thank you for the care my father-in-law received. Thank you to the deputy manager for checking in with us and keeping us updated, your empathy was very much appreciated. My father-in-law was always clean and shaven, room was spotless. Thank you.

Care staff work very hard and are very attentive. Felt the company was not very friendly, could improve on empathy with family. Rooms clean but bedding could be updated. Went to Beverly a few days after my dad died with a thank-you gift staff at reception, did not speak to me not one word. Need some
bereavement training.
