After a lot of soul searching we had to place my mum in a care home. She's been a resident in Bramblewood for several months now and we needn't have worried one bit. An excellent home where mum has thrived when we thought she was near the end. She is treated with care and dignity and the staff are amazing.

Just wanted to say how grateful we are as a family that my mum was placed in Bramblewood. Over the past six months she has thrived she's enjoying the company and routine The staff are wonderful and treat the residents with respect and kindness as they would their own family. Highly recommend

From the second my mum was admitted to Bramblewood in January 2024 the care provided to her was excellent and second to none! She was always clean and well dressed and was toileted regularly each day. The staff were always helpful and friendly, and it was no problem if i had any questions or needed anything it was always resolved. When my mum passed away last month (November 2025) the staff were so attentive and respectful to her and to us as a family. The home is also very clean and the facilities for residents are excellent. I couldn't recommend Bramblewood care home enough, it's a first class care home!

My mum was a resident from January 2024 until she died on 12/11/25. Throughout her stay the staff were so attentive and supportive of both mum and our family. She was always clean and tidy, and the home itself always clean. Everyone was friendly. The entertainer they provided was brilliant. We broke our hearts putting mum into a home but it was the best place for her with the best staff. When mum was dying last week the staff could not have been more compassionate to mum and supportive to us.

I am delighted that my Mother (who is 102) found a place at Bramblewood Care Home. The care provided is just what my Mother needs and I am able to relax knowing that she is safe and in a supportive environment. The staff, from the manager, nursing staff, catering, cleaning and domestics are so friendly and efficient. We are always welcomed warmly when we visit and have any queries answered.

Our mum settled in quickly to Bramblewood in Nov. 23. Both my sister and I are more than happy with the level of care mum receives. We find the staff are always pleasant and make time to speak with us whenever we visit.

My Mum became a resident of Bramblewood from January 2025 until she passed in June 2025 Despite enormous reluctance on my mother's part to go into a care home, quite literally from day 1 my mother found the home a positive experience, as did myself and the rest of my family who visited. It brought my Mum much comfort and reassurance in her final months to be somewhere so caring, and again, the family and I felt the same. There isn't an element of the care my mum received at Bramblewood that I can fault. The staff are all fantastic, the facilities are up to the job, it is clean and well looked after and overall, there is a big focus on ensuring that residents can enjoy their lives in whatever capacity that might be, considering care needs. I really can't say a bad word about Bramblewood and we'd be in a utopia of a world if all care and medical facilities were up to this standard. I hope this standard of excellence is maintained

A very careing and attentive team at Bramblewood A regular daily visitor over the last number of weeks I have found staff very helpful in attending ot both my mum's and my requests. Nice view from room to garden. Food activities for residents

We have found the manager and assistant manager very professional but also provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They are supported by a team of nurses and assistants who go the extra mile for residents to ensure they settle in.

Bramblewood Care Home is an excellent care home, the staff are very attentive and kind. I regard them as almost an extension of family. The home is well laid out and well-maintained and is kept clean. If there was a suggestion then I think they could update furniture and fixings.

Great management and staff are very good and make Mum feel so comfortable, always feel so welcome when we visit. All Mum's needs are well looked after and nothing is a problem to the staff. I would recommend this care home highly.

I am very happy with the care my mum is receiving in Bramblewood Care Home. The management and staff are very attentive and always happy to help with any questions. Mum's room is cleaned daily and her clothes are always washed with care.

Very pleased with Mum's care in Bramblewood Care Home. All staff are very attentive and engaging. Excellent work by carers and nurses. Lots of activities and events and great care with seasonal decoration. Always kept up to date with Mum's health, condition and care. Happy to trust everyone to give Mum the best care possible. Spotlessly clean, well-maintained and decorated. Facilities include excellent hairdresser.

My dad has been in Bramblewood Care Home two years now. Dad settled in very well within a few weeks. All the staff are excellent with Dad's care and needs. The manager is also approachable if I have any concerns about my dad. Overall, Bramblewood is a good care home.

A well-managed care home. The staff go above and beyond, they treat the residents with dignity, patience and respect. The activities that are organised for the residents are fantastic. Any queries I have are always promptly responded to. Well done to everyone.

My husband has lived in Bramblewood Care Home for six and a half years, during which time he has been well cared for. I have been made welcome to visit and feel confident that my husband is as happy as can be expected, given his condition. I chose Bramblewood for my husband because I liked the friendly atmosphere. The staff are lovely.

My wife, who has Alzheimer's. went into the home at the beginning of January 2024. The care staff and nurses are generally very good and helpful. A small number of them might be a little more friendly towards relatives who call to visit their loved ones. Some things in the past have annoyed me. For example, my wife's glasses and denture went missing and never were found. A new manager started a couple of months ago and is very helpful, friendly and approachable.

My father has been in this care home for nearly four years now, during this time he has had exceptional care throughout his time. The staff are very good, the food is also very good, and if there are any problems they are dealt with very efficiently.

From the time my dear dad has been in Bramblewood Care Home I can honestly say he has always been treated with tender loving care and have no complaints whatsoever. All the staff always find a kind word not only to say to my dad, but to myself as well as always ready to listen when I have concerns about his health. He was in palliative care for 5 days last year in Bramblewood as we didn't want him to be in hospital, he got the highest level of care that you could imagine, as did all the family.
