My Mum spent the last 5 weeks of her life here. Initially things were ok and staff were pleasant enough but after a few issues with soiled clothing being left in her room and a few non essential items going missing, should have realised things were not as good as portrayed.
There was little care,
empathy or dignity displayed to her (or us) when approaching her end of life.
She's at peace now.

My MIL was admitted to this place. Every surface is sticky. She was placed on an air mattress that was not blown up, bedding is full of stains. The previous male occupant departed. His clothes are still there and my MIL was forced to wear it since the staff had put it on her, while her M&S clothes
are in the closet. Food is cold and not up to promises. Everything you read about activities and all are nice sounding on the website, but otherwise it's all older person neglect!!! Working on getting her out after 4 days

I was visiting my brother in Laganvale Care Home and have always been very impressed with the care given in this home. All the staff are very friendly and efficient. Due to the coronavirus, extreme measures are in place to protect the residents, visitors and staff and it has certainly paid off as
there have been no outbreaks in this home. I would recommend this home highly.

Eternally grateful for the care and support dad is getting at this time. It is of great comfort to us as a family to know he is being looked after. Really appreciate the visits we are being allowed at this time. Thank you.

My sister-in-law has been more than well looked after. She has been treated with love, care and respect throughout her stay. The staff are lovely and when I visit I am treated very well. The place is clean but could be updated. Reference to room and management reflects that room - update needed,
management - I have very little contact in that area.

This is the best home my mother or father has been resident at during the last 4 years. The staff take time to get to know my mother, past and present. Staff seem to stay here with few changes in the last 4 months. This means a lot as my mother does not like change. The staff are patient, have
expertise and are kind.

A few items of clothing went missing and bedding with names on used elsewhere and not returned. Very noisy at times so dad describes it as a (mad house).
