We Moved my Elderly Aunt into Lloyd court last October, she felt at home from day one and hasn't looked back after living on her own for 3 years, she often says she wished she had moved sooner.My Aunt now feels safe and secure knowing there are other people around her.The care my Aunt receives is
excellent in every aspect, all the staff are wonderful and so caring nothing is ever too much trouble for them.My Aunt has made lots of new friends and enjoys getting involved with the activities the staff lay on for the residents .
We ourselves could not be happier knowing she is being so well cared for in a safe and happy environment .

I have never in the last 4 years been as happy and worry less, as I am here at Lloyd Court. Every one staff and other residents are very kind and friendly, I never want to go anywhere else.

My brother has been at Lloyd Court since January this year. I have found the staff to be very caring and considerate. In a world where so much is about cutting costs for profit they strive to provide a good environment.

I have an relative who lives at Lloyd court. All the staff are very friendly and always have a smile to greet you. There is such a lovely atmosphere, it really feels like a home from home.
They have lots of regular activities organised for the tenants and my relative is the happiest she has been
in a long time since moving here.

Staff numbers have been reduced to the point where care which Norse is contracted to supply is not being met.
We have been misinformed about the services Norse should be supplying. I have a copy of Norse's contract with the Council which confirms this statement.
Until recently this was a happy and
contented place to live. Now, both residents and staff are dissatisfied and unhappy with the present regime.

Our mum has lived at Lloyd Court for four years and continues to feel supported and well cared for by the dedicated, kind team. The staff treat residents with genuine respect and have a great understanding of Mum's needs, while encouraging her to be as independent as possible.
Mum really enjoys the
daily interaction with the team. They are wonderful listeners when she wants to share memories and stories from her life, and they are always happy to stop for a chat-often with plenty of laughter.
There are regular afternoon activities for residents to take part in. Mum particularly enjoys the craft sessions, visits from pupils at a local school, and the monthly church service. There are several other activities on offer too.
When Dad passed away eighteen months ago, the team carried out their duties with dignity, respect and genuine compassion, and they supported Mum through a very difficult time.
I would highly recommend Lloyd Court as a wonderful, safe and supportive community

My mum has settled in well to living at Lloyd court. She is very happy with her little home, she has everything she needs around her to make it homely.
The care she receives from all the wonderful staff is outstanding, they are all very caring, understanding, supportive and most helpful they pop
in and check on her or for a chat to make sure she is ok.
The public areas are kept spotlessly clean, there are lots of nice places to sit and relax in. you can take up a new hobby like arts and crafts, jigsaws or find a book to read from the book sheeves plus there's a music area if you enjoy music.
There is a hairdresser who comes in once a week. Also a laundry to use.
Lovely outside seating area's.
Plus they have day time activities to join in with which quite a few people come along too.
Lloyd court has a nice homely feel as you walk through the front door a nice calm and welcoming place.
We are happy mum is living here we know she is well looked after and cared for.

My mum has been in Lloyd for over two years During this time I have always been very happy with the care and attention she receives I am constantly informed of any issues that arise
All the staff are very caring and look after my 98 year old mother so thoughtfully with great kindness and respect

I just wanted to say a public 'Thank you' to all the Team at Lloyd Court. My elderly mother is becoming increasingly frail, which is heartbreaking to me. The incredible loving care given by everyone at the home makes it more bearable. Thank You x

Lloyds Court is quite exceptional in all respects!
My 92-year-old Mum is a resident there and standards are high overall on a day-to-day basis anyway.
More recently, when she has been quite ill; automatically everything kicked up a gear to care for her additional needs. Of course that more intense
care was provided by the lovely people that work there! Patient, understanding, compassionate, and respectful at all times; they were all, without exception, an absolute credit. Of course, it is always the staff that makes a place, or not and that is why Lloyds Court is quite so special!
Thank you everyone for looking after my Mum so well! It involved extra work, care, time and empathy under difficult circumstances but you all took it in your stride despite your other working pressures. I and the family are very grateful for your awareness and tenderness. Thank you so much, it has been very much appreciated!

I have nothing but praise for all the staff and everyone here. I would recommend staying here to everyone. I would give it 5 stars out of 5 its so good and friendly and clean I would not want to go anywhere else.

I was sent here for a short period after discharge from hospital. I could not have been better cared for. All the staff that I met were friendly, polite and caring. The accommodation, flat was more than I expected. Living area with basic facilities I.e. kettle, fridge, sink, microwave, comfortable
furniture and TV. Attached was the bedroom with en-suite facilities. The food was of good quality and the whole building was kept clean and tidy. All in all my time there I had no concerns.

Building/accommodation are of high quality but what makes a difference is the staff. Everyone is kind, caring, helpful and respectful.

Since arriving here last October I have been made welcome and all staff have been very friendly and I have felt 'made welcome'! All care staff made me feel 'nothing was too much trouble' for them to do. I have made friends with several residents here and all 'extra' activities have been varied and
enjoyable. I am very happy with my move to Lloyd Court. Staff and management are all super.

I'm a friend of a resident. I am so impressed with the care and support from all the carers and staff that when my time comes, I would come here and recommend Lloyds Court. My friend is so happy here, he has always got a smile when I visit.

My mother has been a resident at Lloyd Court for many years since a fall left her paralysed from the waist down. She has always had excellent care and now she is 97 she needs even more care. As her needs have changed I have always been kept informed - I live a 4 hour drive away! The carers look
after her with so much affection and humour which on her good days she really appreciates and joins in with. She used to spend a lot of time drawing in pastels and many of her pictures now hang on the walls of Lloyd Court. How wonderful is that! Words cannot express the gratitude our whole family feel that we know she is so well cared for. I try to visit every month and it always feels like I'm seeing a wider family at Lloyd Court.

I have been at this home for 3 months and settled in quickly. It is a very good and happy place where much kindness is shown by all the staff and care is excellent, nothing is too much trouble for them. Accommodation is excellent and being able to have one's privacy is good.
