Awful place, a high turnover of staff which says a lot. Managers come in with ideas of changing from last management to full force uneducated uncaring, all about records and not actual residents. I cursed the day my dad went to live there. No privacy, infringement of their human rights. I'm not
saying this of carers, they work hard. It's management I'd say they are like the Government, do as I say. They don't understand they are dealing with human beings and not all of them fit into their box. I wish I had money to remove my father, he's treated like a leper, has no professional management, awful, awful place to live.
