Awful place, a high turnover of staff which says a lot. Managers come in with ideas of changing from last management to full force uneducated uncaring, all about records and not actual residents. I cursed the day my dad went to live there. No privacy, infringement of their human rights. I'm not...
Awful place, a high turnover of staff which says a lot. Managers come in with ideas of changing from last management to full force uneducated uncaring, all about records and not actual residents. I cursed the day my dad went to live there. No privacy, infringement of their human rights. I'm not saying this of carers, they work hard. It's management I'd say they are like the Government, do as I say. They don't understand they are dealing with human beings and not all of them fit into their box. I wish I had money to remove my father, he's treated like a leper, has no professional management, awful, awful place to live.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that your experience at Northampton Place was not to our (and our partner Slough Borough Councils') usual high standards. Northampton Place (Extra Care) is an independent living location for adults 55+ who benefit from additional services such as social care provision and catering. A number of residents living at Northampton Place have complex health needs, and acceptance and engagement with these services designed to support and empower them are an individual choice. Respecting and working with individuals to accommodate their lifestyle choices and needs whilst supporting them to maintain their tenancies continues to be a high priority for Anchor. We take feedback very seriously, as we endeavour to improve and better the services we provide on a daily basis. I know we're currently in contact with you about your concerns so will continue to stay in touch and take appropriate steps to address any outstanding issues.
