View Full Details of Nichols Court - Sanctuary Supported LivingThe standard of cleaning indoors is fine except for some flies in windowsills in stair well. The temperature of the hot water has risen and was acceptable but now is rather hot. Scaffolding has been erected for a week or two but as yet not work has been done to balcony. I hope it will be started + completed very soon as it is an eye sore and restricts our outside space.
I think that the staff look after us very well in all aspects of our care.
I have lived at Nichols Court for 18 months. It's a beautiful apartment and lovely grounds. We have a great manager and assistant manager. Lots of activities. Very happy.
In May 2023 I developed 2 leaky heart valves and was advised to leave my Linton house and move into Nichols Court. My daughter and I were very impressed by the new manager's friendly, open-minded approach and sense of humour and by her excellent working relationship with her equally impressive deputy manager. Together, they design and provide much appreciated activities for residents on weekdays. All residents are or have been independent minded people. After 33 years as a magistrate and 22 years as administrator of a local charity, I have found plenty of congenial company and have enjoyed comparing my experiences of both organisations. I feel lucky to be here and hope to spend the rest of my life as a resident.
