The Hawthorns is set in a peaceful residential area of Ellesmere Port. The community lounge is a lovely bright area with doors opening onto a lovely big garden. Activities take place in the lounge on a daily basis and residents are encouraged to partake. The flats are lovely and bright giving
residents their private space to be alone or to receive visitors. The staff at The Hawthorns are very friendly and always go above and beyond to help residents. They always have the time to listen to concerns from relatives and residents. Carers and managers strive to provide individualised care and always update families when required.

The staff at The Hawthorns are fantastic and we are incredibly grateful for the support and care they give to our Dad constantly. Dad loves living here. He has a lovely flat so can spend time on his own or can go to the communal lounge if he wants some company. It's also given us as a family the
peace of mind that he is being cared for by the team here and we couldn't ask for any more. We would recommend The Hawthorns highly to anyone.
