My mum had dementia and in her final days, stage 4 cancer. My mum was cared for with remarkable compassion by the staff here. Their dedication, kindness, loving care and professionalism meant too much to our family, and we will always be grateful for the dignity and respect they showed her.

For the past 8 months, my mum stayed at Eden House due to her dementia. She felt at home and happy. The place is comfortable, welcoming and very friendly. My mum was well looked after by the kind staff, right up till her departure in January 2026.

Excellent home and very homely. Staff brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Every time we visit we are offered a drink and a biscuit. My brothers health has improved massively since he came in and he has put a lot of weight on. Thanks for everything.

The staff are so helpful and friendly.

Staff are very attentive and polite, and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Mam is well looked after and happy. Visitors are welcome anytime. Overall, I am 100% happy with Mams care and living conditions. It gives great peace of mind to her daughters. Thank you to all at Eden House Care

Excellent staff, facilities are outstanding 10/10. Mam 84 went into Eden House in November. She is a changed woman. We as a family are also much more relaxed and worry a lot less. Brilliant! Thank you so much.

Absolutely over the moon with Joan's care. Eden House is a lovely place for her to live in her later years, she has settled well into her new environment.

I am delighted with the level of care, support and understanding afforded to both my mum and the wider family, from staff at Eden House. They offer advice and reassurance in spades, which makes a difficult and challenging time for our family manageable. The home is very well maintained and clean,
and residents are exceptionally well looked after. Staff are highly approachable and welcoming. Thank you.

Wonderful care for my mum, such friendly and caring staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and homely. Everything is kept clean and fresh, too. The catering team produce fabulous food and Mum is looking really healthy.

My experience here is very good I have no complaints and I am very well looked after always plenty going on I enjoy sitting in the lounge all day people watching.

My grandad is well looked after at Eden! The team always go above and beyond for my grandad. He loves being out in the garden with them and help looking after all the plants and flowers. The team are incredible for the family knowing he is in good hands.

From the day my mother came to Eden House til she passed, she was treated with warmth, care and love.
In the last of her days, the staff went far beyond than I expected.

I've been really pleased with the overall care from all the staff at Eden House. I feel reassured that my dad is well looked after and safe. He looks like a new man again. Thank you to all the staff and management for all you do.

Mam had been at The Eden for over 4 years. During this time the staff had become part of our family. Both Mom and I have received care and help from the staff. I have been kept up to date with any issues relating to Mam and when Mam died in June they were so caring. Clearing her room was going to be
quite stressful but they told me to take my time and not feel I had to rush. I will miss them.

My Aunt and Uncle both went into Eden House within days of each other and, unfortunately, both their stays were relatively short and they died within 3 weeks of each other. However, during their relatively short stay they were treated with dignity and with great care and compassion. My wife and I
have had quite a lot of experience of Care Homes and can honestly say that Eden House was the pick of the bunch.
The nursing staff were outstanding as were the catering staff who went out of there to make my Aunt's puréed food, due to her health, as attractive as possible - as well as being tasty.
My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Eden House as an excellent place for your relatives to stay.

Following a stroke it was decided care would be needed to help recovery. Thankfully we chose Eden house for this. From the moment I took mam through the doors it was like visiting family. So welcoming. They introduced her to her room and showed her the facilities, explained the procedure to both of
us and within the hour she was settled and enjoying a nice meal of corned beef hash and sponge pudding. The room was basic as expected but clean and functional. Bed and chair were comfortable and adjustable with a lovely view of the garden through her French window. We added photos to her room and some of her plants to the area outside which made her feel more comfortable. During her stay the staff were great and she never went without. Although reluctant to mix she did spend some time with other resident's especially with one of the jigsaws in process. Now back home we are so grateful for the care, help and support the gave to mother and the family. If needed we would use again.

Although I was reluctant to go into a care home, I was left with no choice as I found myself in a situation where I needed care for a time. I needed a period of recuperation after suffering a stroke. I needed to choose a care home and because of the high standard which I understand the care home had
I chose Lady Eden. I have no regrets because of my earlier reluctance I found that it was very welcoming. The manager introduced me to a lot of the residents for which I was very pleased. I received excellent care from a very attentive staff.
