My grandad is well looked after at Eden! The team always go above and beyond for my grandad. He loves being out in the garden with them and help looking after all the plants and flowers. The team are incredible for the family knowing he is in good hands.

From the day my mother came to Eden House til she passed, she was treated with warmth, care and love.

I've been really pleased with the overall care from all the staff at Eden House. I feel reassured that my dad is well looked after and safe. He looks like a new man again. Thank you to all the staff and management for all you do.

Mam had been at The Eden for over 4 years. During this time the staff had become part of our family. Both Mom and I have received care and help from the staff. I have been kept up to date with any issues relating to Mam and when Mam died in June they were so caring. Clearing her room was going to be
quite stressful but they told me to take my time and not feel I had to rush. I will miss them.

My Aunt and Uncle both went into Eden House within days of each other and, unfortunately, both their stays were relatively short and they died within 3 weeks of each other. However, during their relatively short stay they were treated with dignity and with great care and compassion. My wife and I have
had quite a lot of experience of Care Homes and can honestly say that Eden House was the pick of the bunch.


The nursing staff were outstanding as were the catering staff who went out of there to make my Aunt's puréed food, due to her health, as attractive as possible - as well as being tasty.


My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Eden House as an excellent place for your relatives to stay.

Following a stroke it was decided care would be needed to help recovery. Thankfully we chose Eden house for this. From the moment I took mam through the doors it was like visiting family. So welcoming. They introduced her to her room and showed her the facilities, explained the procedure to both of
us and within the hour she was settled and enjoying a nice meal of corned beef hash and sponge pudding. The room was basic as expected but clean and functional. Bed and chair were comfortable and adjustable with a lovely view of the garden through her French window. We added photos to her room and some of her plants to the area outside which made her feel more comfortable. During her stay the staff were great and she never went without. Although reluctant to mix she did spend some time with other resident's especially with one of the jigsaws in process. Now back home we are so grateful for the care, help and support the gave to mother and the family. If needed we would use again.

Although I was reluctant to go into a care home, I was left with no choice as I found myself in a situation where I needed care for a time. I needed a period of recuperation after suffering a stroke. I needed to choose a care home and because of the high standard which I understand the care home had
I chose Lady Eden. I have no regrets because of my earlier reluctance I found that it was very welcoming. The manager introduced me to a lot of the residents for which I was very pleased. I received excellent care from a very attentive staff.

I found the staff and manager very kind and very helpful towards all the patients. The home was very clean (no nasty smells). The rooms were always neat and tidy. When it was meal time I liked how they displayed the food on a tray to show what the patients were going to be eating.

Excellent staff, facilities are outstanding. Mam went into Eden house a frail lady. She has been in 4 months now and is a different person. We are also much more relaxed and worry a lot less.

The care given is excellent and considers all aspects of residents' needs and abilities. Mam's mental health and well-being and confidence have improved dramatically since her admittance. All staff and management are very approachable. Keep up the excellent work everyone.

Dad has settled really well into Eden House care home. All the staff are very helpful and friendly nothing is any trouble to them all. The food is fantastic with a great variety of food
His room is perfect looking out onto the garden as dad is a keen gardener and likes to see what is going on.

I visited my friend this morning and he is very happy with his room overlooking the garden. He enjoys all his meal. He finds the staff very caring. he enjoys mixing with other residents in the lounge. I personally found the staff very helpful and he feels very safe here. In his words "he gets to sleep

It is a pleasure for my husband to stay at Eden House. The manager, food and staff are excellent. My husband's room is very nice with a lovely view. I am looking forward to the summer when I can sit in the sun outside with my husband. My husband is happy here.

My father-in-law moved into the home 10 days ago now and I felt compelled to submit a review due to the fantastic unwavering care he has received since becoming a resident. His room is spacious and fitted out really well, even having been redecorated for his arrival. It had the potential to be a very
traumatic move for him, but all of the staff have made him feel so at home, and showed fantastic care and support, he has transitioned extremely well. The food has been first rate, even having a romantic valentines night meal with his wife (a non resident), which meant the world to us seeing them so happy together. Overall experience could not have been any better. The overall fantastic experience has meant we feel at ease now when he's there rather than worrying and being anxious all the time. I would recommend this place too everyone, it's top notch.

I cannot believe how well and quickly mum has settled into living here. It's just been over one month and she is telling how happy she is and that she loves it here! All the staff at Eden House Care Home from Admin, Management, Carers, Cleaners and Kitchen Staff continue to provide top quality, kind and respectful care to my mum. I feel she is listened to as are we and my concerns always addressed in a timely manner. My mum is prone to falling and this is an ongoing
concern, and one that is constantly being monitored, and looked at to try and minimise in conjunction with a Multidisciplinary Health Care Team.
