Over the past 9 months that Grandad has been a resident in Tetley, the care he has recieved has been excellent. He is treated with kindness and compassion and this extends to any relatives who visit also.

I'm so pleased with the love and care my mum receives at Belong. She has really blossomed since moving there over 2 years ago. All the staff go that extra mile, and treat my mum with great respect and kindness.
My mum has dementia but has managed to retain her sense of humour. She remains
quick witted and the staff indulge her with bantering that lifts her spirits.

My mother moved within Belong Village from independent apartment to the care side, after 5 years.
Since moving there has been a noticeable improvement in her wellbeing, she has become involved with other residents & takes part in activities which has made a noticeable improvement to her overall
health.
The care team are all excellant.

My mum loves it here. She settled in really well and loves the activities. The staff are excellent at looking after her needs and always treat her with dignity and friendliness. Communication is good and all concerns are discussed with me. I love feeling a part of the community at Belong.

From the first time I set foot in the building I was impressed by the friendliness and wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. I was even more impressed to learn about the philosophy and ethos of the Village in conversation with the Front of House Manager and the General Manager. I had total confidence in
leaving my wife here for respite care.
My wife quickly settled in, and was happy and relaxed when a friend visited and when I returned from my 'respite'. Jo, the in-house hairdresser, worked magic - "we've got Mum back" said our children.
As my wife's main carer, I really appreciated the support which all of the staff also offered to me. It counts a lot. Thank you.

My sister was fighting a brain tumour for the past 2 years. Unfortunately, she passed away last week. She was looked after by Belong Cunningham House Team in her last three weeks. They did an amazing job. We visited her every day and the team was exceptional day in day out. Thank for making it so
easy for us all in such difficult time. I would also like to say massive thank you to Clare who was very instrumental from welcoming my sister to Belong; to making all the process extremely smooth for all of us until the end.

My mother in law sadly passed away December 2025 after being in Belong Warrington for nearly 2 years I was very happy when we got a place for her. She had been under the Care at Home team - getting daily visits ie taking her for walks in the hallways - singing with her- showing her, her photos -
supervising her making a drink - playing dominoes etc. The staff and Nicky their Manager were excellent with her. She looked forward to their visits. It seemed the natural thing to do when she needed more help to go into residential care with Belong at Warrington. When visiting her we take her into the Bistro for lunch where we still saw the staff from Care at Home team. The staff on Forshaws made her very welcome, we were very happy with the care she received. She settled in and enjoyed being with the lovely group of ladies in there. She went to the hairdressing salon every 2 weeks to have her hair done. The staff have been a huge support to us at this sad time Thank you for everything

Belong Warrington welcomed my mum at very short notice and made the process as easy as possible. In less than 2 weeks she has really settled in. Belong makes a real effort to make the household as like living at home as possible. I would really recommend Belong.

Belong is an excellent option when your relative can no longer live independently.
Staff are very welcoming, friendly and caring.
The houses are attractive and comfortable, staff are very attentive and bedrooms comfortable and spacious. Menus are excellent and if your relative enjoys certain foods
they do their best to provide. The bistro is a lovely addition where you can go for lunch or a coffee

The care and support provided to my cousin during her time at Belong, Loushers Lane Warrington was exceptional. The staff were attentive and fully met her care needs, which made me feel confident and re-assured. Nothing was too much trouble and made me and my family feel welcome which was lovely.
Her end of life care was dignified compassionate and supportive. Cousins name: Cyriline.

No complaints about Belong care home 10/10 for staff. Only disappointment is that the govt has done nothing to improve/change the financial support for residents and their families.

brilliant care home with brilliant staff that always go the extra mile my mum had been in several care homes before belong iam not gonna lie they was terrible the food the staffing levels etc etc ....then s was moved to belong i could see she loved it there ...cant praise the staff here enough <3

Belong is like no other care home. It is designed for residents with dementia to provide individual care. My mother has been in the home over 10 years and we have found the individual care overall excellent. Daily logs can be viewed online, and staff make contact if they have any concerns or
questions

Dad moved himself into Belong Warrington for his final few weeks, in order to have the reassurance of 24hr support that he felt he was starting to need. My sisters and I cannot praise highly enough the standard of care he received from Tetley Household, medical staff and managers, who worked so hard
to accommodate his many requirements and requests, as he sought to manage his departure exactly on his own terms.
We know he could be a very challenging customer, but he was treated with such patience, respect and care at all times, for which we are very grateful. It was the perfect place for him to end his days, exactly and as peacefully as he wished.

My Mum was placed in Belong, as she was dying. The care and support she received, whilst there was fantastic. The staff even supported myself and the rest of the family, through what was a very traumatising time for us all.
They even let us bring in my Mum's canary to stay with her in the room.
I can't rate this facility highly enough. I only hope more Belong's are built here in Warrington as they are needed. There is a high demand and long waiting list.

I would like to say a huge thank you for your dedication and compassion to looking after my Mum.
You all made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure Mum was well cared for. Hats off to you all. Despite it being a sad and difficult time, we were all able to have
some giggles too.
Myself and my sister will always be eternally grateful for everything you did for Mum whilst retaining her dignity.

Just over a month ago, Dad moved from living with Mum in an apartment at Belong, to Tetley Household. I would like to commend all the staff at Belong and particularly on Tetley Household, whatever their role, in helping Dad (and indeed all the family) with this transition. Mum has found the change
as tricky as Dad but you have welcomed her, when she visits, as openly as you've welcomed Dad. He has settled very well and, as a family, we can see that he is getting the special care he deserves.

Whitley Household at Belong Warrington is a special place with staff who cared for Mum like she was part of their own family. They extended that warmth to myself, my children and friends who visited. The staff truly are an extension of our family. Mum's health deteriorated rapidly and her needs
changed just as quick, yet every person treated her with dignity, care, support, warmth and professionalism at every moment. In the final days, different staff members sat with Mum when we couldn't be there. We'd sit and chat in the lounge when we needed to take some time out. They'd give us hugs, cry with us, laugh with us and reminisce just like a family does in a time of need. We came and went multiple times of the day and night yet still nothing was too much trouble. Since Mum has passed, I have received many phone calls, visits and emails from support staff, to nurses, to managers to check on how we are. We miss Mum so much but we will also miss everyone on Whitley too. Thank you x

My mother was placed into Belong Warrington for a period of respite. The staff could not have been better, so attentive and experienced. The household set up is really excellent, the rooms are great and the bistro facility is first class.
