I have been at Victoria Care Centre sin 2020 the accomodation is very nice my broom is comfortable. Here is a wide range of actioviaties I spe outing avalabre I like I love to bspend my time at bistro and actvities bteam r nice. I feel safe here.

I have been living here for more than 5 years and my experience so far is very good. Staffs, care services, food, activities such as exercises, games are very nice. Staff are always there. I am happy. I like to help others. I am a activities volunteer and I love assisting staff in activities.

I have lived more than 2 years at Victoria Care Centre and my experience has been best so best far and tears and management are excellent. I have comfortable room and good food it was of activities excellent and dignity.

Victoria care centre is the best care home so far that we have experienced in London for my sister in law. Your staff is highly experienced and very helpful always. Your staff knows exactly what needs to be done with a stroke patient. I whole heartedly would sat that you are the best and thanks a tonne for all your help thus far for my sister in law.

We as a family are extremely happy with the care provided to my mother, staff are lovely and always reply to email promptly and the staff notice even the smallest changes. Very happy and can sleep well at night knowing she in good hands.

Victoria Care Home throughout my experience has been great. Promoting a family environment. Staff attitude is always amazing, greeting you with a smile along with speaking regularly to all residents. All round, Victoria Care Home has provided an amazing all-round service.

I highly recommend this care home, the members of staff are caring, warm, professional and are excellent at keeping me informed. I am delighted how well my mum is looked after in the 5 years she has been here. The care received is first class.

Victoria Care Centre has exceptional staff. Their prime concern is the residents, their wellbeing, safety and care. They take time to sit with them and chat. The creative activities, singing along, painting, cooking cake, etc. They get to know the residents as individuals. They always keep you informed of any situations. They all get on; it's a happy home. The children and I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for my partner. We wave to her every day. What an excellent Care Centre, thanks.
