Wow wow wow- amazing care home- 100%quality- from reception (Bal) to all staff - nothing is to much for all of them, met many staff ie danayell chloe- all good over and above their duty, would recommend this care facility to anyone, Amazing.

Just like to say what a wonderful home
We recently visited for the first time as my auntie shiela came to you ,
But unfortunately she was only with you a few days as she passed away
The care she received was absolutely amazing, from all staff who work at the home .
We were greeted at
reception from then on nothing was to much trouble
Just want to say a big thank you to all the staff

The staff were friendly and welcoming and treated the patients with care and respect however on my last visit in the evening there were limited staff on the floor and some of the patients were quite agitated and approaching my siblings and myself for support

The staff are so kind and supportive, and a lovely warm environment is created. I would like to write a special acknowledgement to Ball, she is always very upbeat and helpful! My grandad seems very settled here.

Very welcoming and attentive staff, from both the reception and the staff upstairs. My Grandmother is in very high spirits and is well taken care of, the facilities are made with her dementia in mind, including her room and I can rest easy with her being there.

I cannot speak highly enough of this care home. From walking into reception where there is a fabulous welcome station with refreshments for visitors and friendly staff such as Bal ready to greet you. It is really welcoming and really homely. Rather a home from home for all of the residents who live
there. The atmosphere in this home is always calm and very welcoming. With plenty of activities for the residents to do with the co-ordinator Jan. The staff in the home are absolutely fabulous they are always patient and always willing to help you with anything. It is a very big transition to have a loved one in care but knowing how well my grandad is looked after at this home and how happy he seems is so reassuring for our family. We are grateful for all that the staff at Edgbaston Manor for everything they have done and continue to do for our loved one. Cannot recommend this care home enough as they truely care for our loved ones a second family which they definitely

Lovley staff always make us feel warm and welcome, so good with children coming in aswel they help with anything you need, there the best care home my mom has ever been too they go above and beyond to look after my mom and make sure she well and healthy the staff are truley amazing.

Staff are beyond amazing, they just welcome you in they care for my mom better than any other care home !! Always happy to come here and see my mom happy and in high spirits. Always offer cakes and hot drinks on them horrible winter mornings!

Fabulous care, so attentive to residents and visitors. Evaluated many care homes and none came close to Edgbaston Manor.
My brother is so well cared for (special needs) and even said "I like it here" which made us so at ease.

From the moment you arrive, the reception team are friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which makes visits much easier during an emotional time.
The carers looking after my mum are excellent. They treat her with dignity, patience, and real kindness, and it's clear they genuinely care about her
wellbeing. Their professionalism and compassion give our family great reassurance.
Knowing my mother is being well looked after brings real peace of mind. I'm very grateful to the whole team for the care, respect, and support they show every day

I visit every other day to see my mother to is a resident of Edgbaston Manor - I am amazed at the level of care, the staff are wonderful and give so much time to each resident who are treated with compassion and respect. Everyone is included in the activities which they all enjoy. The Reception
staff are always helpful and cheerful when I visit, I cannot fault anything with the home and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Mum is getting very good care at the Home. She is very frail & bedridden and is being well looked after. Bal on the front desk is very caring & thoughtful and has come up with some good ideas about how to support mum.

Can only carry on being very pleased with everything at Edgbaston Manor.
Relative has been there every year now staff care and cordiality and professionalism is fantastic.
However sometimes I do get feedback that the cuisine is not always great and sometimes a bit hit and miss.
Having said that
there is always fresh fruit, freshly made pastries lots of snacks and fresh barista coffee available at all times to residence and staff and visitors.
The receptionist there are always first class and nothing is too much trouble for them
Medication giving I have no problem with it all.
I see wonderful care givento other residents there and there is lots of activities at all times
can only say this home is exactly what you would expect
Get the food right and you couldn't ask for anything more!

This home is outstanding. The care my uncle is receiving is wonderful. Care is at the heart of all the staff's thought. Little extras, acts of kindness and going beyond their duties is how the staff here are. The reception team are so helpful, supportive, there for a chat and reassurance about your
relatives. The residents are thoroughly cared for but also looked after in a deeply thoughtful and personal way. Superb!

I have been visiting this care home for a year now to see my dear little brother. From then until now, the service has been truly amazing. As you enter the carpark it is always clean and tidy with well kept plants. Reception is always so warm and friendly, always asking how I am, offering
refreshments and updating me on my brother. The care staff are impeccable, professional, understanding and caring. They have made my brother's journey a lot more comfortable, for which I am grateful for.

Soon as you go into reception they are very welcoming you get this warm feeling about the care home, the staff are amazing very friendly very pleased with the treatment absolutely amazing car home so happy with the care my mom receives

This is a fantastic care home for residents. The staff and customer service are excellent. From the moment you walk in the reception staff are so warm and welcoming. The care home is kept to a high standard and feels like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this care home.

I would give Edgbaston manor 10 out of 10 my brother was in Edgbaston manor for around 3 years the home is kept nice and clean the food was always good my brother really enjoyed it they looked after my brother so well they cared for him so well we as a family was so happy that we picked this
nursing home sadly my brother passed away in February of this year I would highly recommend this nursing home

I visit with my father every week or so to see our friend. It's always very clean, food looks great, staff are friendly and remember us. That's great and you get the family feel when you walk in the door. I also bring my children and they don't mind. We have attended your classes and get right in,
it's great fun and talking to all the men and women here. It would uplift everyone's mood and that's what's needed to get people out of bed. 5 stars.
