From the moment you arrive, the reception team are friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which makes visits much easier during an emotional time.
The carers looking after my mum are excellent. They treat her with dignity, patience, and real kindness, and it's clear they genuinely care about her
wellbeing. Their professionalism and compassion give our family great reassurance.
Knowing my mother is being well looked after brings real peace of mind. I'm very grateful to the whole team for the care, respect, and support they show every day

I visit every other day to see my mother to is a resident of Edgbaston Manor - I am amazed at the level of care, the staff are wonderful and give so much time to each resident who are treated with compassion and respect. Everyone is included in the activities which they all enjoy. The Reception
staff are always helpful and cheerful when I visit, I cannot fault anything with the home and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Mum is getting very good care at the Home. She is very frail & bedridden and is being well looked after. Bal on the front desk is very caring & thoughtful and has come up with some good ideas about how to support mum.

Can only carry on being very pleased with everything at Edgbaston Manor.
Relative has been there every year now staff care and cordiality and professionalism is fantastic.
However sometimes I do get feedback that the cuisine is not always great and sometimes a bit hit and miss.
Having said that
there is always fresh fruit, freshly made pastries lots of snacks and fresh barista coffee available at all times to residence and staff and visitors.
The receptionist there are always first class and nothing is too much trouble for them
Medication giving I have no problem with it all.
I see wonderful care givento other residents there and there is lots of activities at all times
can only say this home is exactly what you would expect
Get the food right and you couldn't ask for anything more!

This home is outstanding. The care my uncle is receiving is wonderful. Care is at the heart of all the staff's thought. Little extras, acts of kindness and going beyond their duties is how the staff here are. The reception team are so helpful, supportive, there for a chat and reassurance about your
relatives. The residents are thoroughly cared for but also looked after in a deeply thoughtful and personal way. Superb!

I have been visiting this care home for a year now to see my dear little brother. From then until now, the service has been truly amazing. As you enter the carpark it is always clean and tidy with well kept plants. Reception is always so warm and friendly, always asking how I am, offering
refreshments and updating me on my brother. The care staff are impeccable, professional, understanding and caring. They have made my brother's journey a lot more comfortable, for which I am grateful for.

Soon as you go into reception they are very welcoming you get this warm feeling about the care home, the staff are amazing very friendly very pleased with the treatment absolutely amazing car home so happy with the care my mom receives

Staff are beyond amazing so welcoming and instantly make you feel warm inside my mom has the best care I could possibly ask for, so grateful for the staff at this care home and you can even have a hot drink cake downstairs in reception even better !

This is a fantastic care home for residents. The staff and customer service are excellent. From the moment you walk in the reception staff are so warm and welcoming. The care home is kept to a high standard and feels like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this care home.

I would give Edgbaston manor 10 out of 10 my brother was in Edgbaston manor for around 3 years the home is kept nice and clean the food was always good my brother really enjoyed it they looked after my brother so well they cared for him so well we as a family was so happy that we picked this
nursing home sadly my brother passed away in February of this year I would highly recommend this nursing home

I visit with my father every week or so to see our friend. It's always very clean, food looks great, staff are friendly and remember us. That's great and you get the family feel when you walk in the door. I also bring my children and they don't mind. We have attended your classes and get right in,
it's great fun and talking to all the men and women here. It would uplift everyone's mood and that's what's needed to get people out of bed. 5 stars.

My daughter was brought to Edgbaston Manor just before Christmas 2024. Her welcome at reception was so calm and everyone welcomed her to the home - my daughter was shown to her room and a welcome pack was given - plus a tray of food served beautifully. My daughter's care was excellent from the
beginning to the end with care and compassion. Thank you.

I just wanted to reflect on the care, compassion, kindness & pratical support given to my dearest mother. Thank you. My mother has been a resident for 5 1/2 years now. This week the lovely front of house receptionist & carer gave my mums distorted & contracted fingers a lovely manicure & finished
with painted nails, she then tidied her wardrobe & thanks to management new curtains! Little things matter.

Excellent care home - extremely welcoming and warm. All the staff and management are caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone who is looking for support in a caring environment. Choosing a care home is not easy, but everyone at Edgbaston Manor is very supportive.

The staff and Receptionists are very helpful and always happy to assist, polite and friendly. The building is clean, always well maintained. The maintenance team keep good upkeep of the home with repairs and decorating. Overall a pleasant Atmosphere from everyone, including carers and residents. My
mother has been a resident over 2 years now and the care home have always placed best efforts they possibly can to look after her well being. Very pleased! Thank you to all the managers, staff and receptionists.

Very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for their residents.
Everyone knows the residents by name. They are very helpful if any questions or needs. You can visit at any time with no restrictions which to me means 'nothing to hide'.

Totally dissatisfied experience. On attendance to the home all things were good. Once arrived inside the home we experienced a resident defecating in my uncle's room. No staff were about and we had to raise concerns with the carers who finally appeared some minutes later. Human excrement was smeared
all over the entrance to 22, the room my uncle is in and the resident was covered in excrement. Not a good experience. My uncle's personal space and dignity were breached and insulted, and it left us very unhappy.

My friend is very comfortable in this care home. She tells me how helpful three particular members of staff are. She loves the food, especially the sausage baps. Reception staff always give visitors a really good welcome and are very happy to talk a little before you leave. Fantastic!
