My mother has been at Charters Court for a year, and the overall experience has been excellent throughout. The staff are genuinely amazing, kind and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms are lovely, and the home is consistently kept clean and welcoming. The food is always of a high standard and Mum always enjoys her meals - especially her lunchtime glass of wine. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care she receives here, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the home to anyone looking for a warm, supportive and well-run environment for their loved ones.

My mother has been a resident for a year now and our experience has been very positive in every way. The ambience of the house is happy, relaxed but professional and caring. The staff from the kitchen to all the carers and management are so friendly and caring. The food and menus are excellent. There are numerous activities available for my mother to join in from those in house to outings to the local church, shops or the coast in the summer. We are so pleased with her stay here.

I can honestly say the care given at Charters Court Care Home surpasses all care homes I have visited around this area. The premises are really beautiful, the staff are kind and efficient without exception, and I am 100% confident that you are looking after my friend to the highest standard. Your activities are wonderful too, and she has newly discovered artistic skills she never knew she had - amazing!

Charters Court Care Home is a lovely care home. The building and outside areas are beautifully maintained. The ladies on the reception desk are warm, welcoming and very helpful. The care staff are really kind and caring and very professional. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the residents are happy and content. The food is varied and very good. An all round excellent home!

My aunt is really well cared for by a team of kind, dedicated and caring people. We are very lucky to have found Charters Court. My aunt was in hospital earlier this year and when she finally came out she was unable to walk or eat normal food. The carers at charters worked hard to get her back to walking and eating. It's aIways a sad and upsetting time when a loved one has to go into care but it is much easier when they are in a caring supportive environment. The food is a very high standard and the rooms and communal spaces are clean and attractive.

The staff are exceptionally caring and understand the needs of my aunt as an individual. They work hard to give the best care possible. It's remarkable how they have brought her back from a serious illness to drastically improve her mobility and appetite.

Pleasantly located on the edge of woodland. Clean, spacious, well designed accommodation. All facilities function well. No smell. Wide corridors. Generally friendly & kind staff. Food is good.

My father has more interaction with others and generally is more active since moving in; he is eating more and is being well looked after.

I am writing to everyone for the care given to my husband while he was a resident at Charters Court. The carers in Aspen looked after him so well. His clothes were always clean and folded or hung up. The food always looked delicious, and the maintenance team were happy to drive him to hospital appointments. The enthusiasm of the activities team was so good to see. Such a wide range of things to do and no one was ever left out. The building was clean and calm, and whenever I visited, there was a wonderful welcome by the person on reception.

Mum feels really happy and at home here. All the staff are lovely and very helpful, and accommodating. I am really pleased at home well she has settled in. The food is great as well. Mum has put on weight and looks a lot healthier now and more like her old self.

I have been here for four months after being in hospital for four months. I couldn't walk and weighed 8 stone. Today I weigh 10 stone and can walk with a rollator. The care and kindness I receive each day never ceases to amaze me. The staff are observant and knowledgeable. I am happy here, comfortable and safe.

My father has been in the nursing care suite for 12 weeks and id due to leave soon. From the very start, the staff at reception, the carers, the cleaning and maintenance personnel were all extremely engaging and professional with a greeting every single day. My father has been very well looked after by all the nursing staff, and the activities provided are wonderful. Charters Court is just a lovely place to be, even the visitors know and interact with each other - such a caring/friendly environment. And the food is great too!!

Due to Mum's dementia worsening, we moved her into Charters Court in November 2024. Thanks to the wonderful carers she settled really well and really quickly. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful, it's a joy to visit. We are all so pleased to find a care home that truly cares, with great entertainment and wonderful surroundings. I tell Mum she is staying in a 5* hotel, and I'm not far from the truth! Thank you Charters Court!

My father was cared for and pampered from start to the end. He wasnt just treated as a resident. HE was treated as part of a community and extended family. Thankyou for everything you did as a care home.

My sister recently moved into Charters Court Care Home after a long stay in hospital, and now requires a home with nursing facilities to meet her daily needs. To relinquish your independence and to find a home with loving caring staff in an acceptable environment we thought would be very difficult. Fortunately after some searching, we found Charters Court Care Home. Not only are the staff loving and caring which is the most important but the home itself would be able to compete with any five star luxury hotel. All needs are taken care of from excellent food, hair salon and nail bar, daily activities to clothes washed on a daily basis and returned ironed the same day. Everyone from residents to relatives and friends are made incredibly welcome. I can not think of a better place to meet any individual's needs. Fortunately for us we found this excellent home for which we thank our lucky stars!

My wife went to Charter Court for four weeks respite and I cannot praise the home highly enough. I was really pleased with every aspect of her care, the accommodation, how clean everything was and how they attended to all her requirements. She was extremely happy with the quality and quantity of the food - my only issue is that I'm expected to reach that standard now she is home.

In my experience Charters Court Care Home RH19 2GW is on of the best bhomes in this area. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The Activities group are excellent and very devoted to the residents and put a lot of effort into what they do. The home is very well run. The Reception staff are always very helpful and pleasant.
