My husband has been in Limewood for a year. The day I came to look around for him, as soon as I came through the front reception, I saw a bright, clean. I know he was in his forever home. He settled in very quickly. I could leave knowing he was cared for. The staff are very caring. The manager is available all 24 hours. Noting is too much for staff, residents, and family. I can't thank all of them enough for taking my stress and worries away. I'm now a wife, not a carer.

Whenever I walk into Limewood, I feel a sense of calm and welcome. The office and reception staff are always most helpful and pleasant. The activities staff are wonderful and the carers make our loved ones feel that each on of them is special. I am happy to leave my husband in the care of these wonderful people not to mention the lovely food so well prepared in the kitchen.

Excellent entertainment/activities on St Patricks Day in the Fox & Duck pub/cafe. Music and drinks and care of patients. Also good film of Ireland and dance in the cinema.

My wife has been in Limewood since February 2024 in every aspect of care I found compassion, love, respect and dignity, each member of staff so kind it gives me peace of mind to know the love of my life is being looked after with genuine care. I only want the best for my wife and Limewood are the best, carers, medical, office, kitchen, cleaners, activities staff, thank you.

My father has received excellent care from all the staff at Limewood. The staff are friendly and professional when providing support. Communication with myself and my brother has been effective and reassuring. We feel that our father is always safe. It has been particularly beneficial when he has been accompanied by Limewood staff when visiting hospital.

Limewood Care Home provided excellent care and assistance for my father during his last days on earth. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very friendly and approachable and they gave us the confidence and peace of mind that my father could not have had better care. As well as caring for my father, the staff looked after the family as if we really mattered to them. We can recommend Limewood Care Home to everyone.

My mother has received superb care and dignity whilst living at Limewood Care Home, Stafford. I and my family are delighted she has remained here for the past eight years and, now as she approaches her 90th year, remains adored by all the staff. A big thank you from us.

The home has an extremely homely and warm feel which is upheld and demonstrated by all staff members I had the pleasure to meet. Communication is excellent and the care afforded to both my dad and myself was excellent. The staff genuinely care about the residents and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home.

My mom has been a resident at Limewood for three years and during this time has been cared for really well. The staff are very hardworking and caring. The support they have given to us as a family has been very much appreciated especially during difficult times.

My mother has been in Limewood for almost two years now. The care she receives is outstanding. Carers are friendly, chatty and always include Mom in conversations. It has been difficult for everyone with Covid restrictions; however, they have tried to keep residents safe with only caregivers visiting on occasion. Communication between nurses and carers could be better, not sure if the information is shared on a daily basis. Manager of the home is very elusive; this is an area for improvement I feel, but overall, excellent care home and facilities.

Cannot praise Limewood enough. Excellent facility, exceptional staff and extremely clean. Everyone showed my Mum the most incredible care and compassion right up until her last day. We will never be able to thank you enough. We are forever grateful. Special thanks to the cluster 6 team!

My father was in care here for two years, I cannot fault the staff, he had excellent care, the staff are genuine and compassionate with their residents, we were kept well informed about any concerns they had with my father's welfare, my father in return felt comfortable and had a good relationship with the staff even though he could be quite challenging at times. The food was excellent which my father was very fond of, the activities and facilities were varied and had excellent interaction and involvement of one kind or another to suit individual needs. It is very clean light and airy and has a good homely presence with comfortable surroundings. We cannot thank them enough for their excellent care in difficult times, we would fully recommend Limewood to anybody to have a loved one in need of a trustworthy care home.

My Mum moved to Limewood in March 2016, I was immediately impressed and continue to be impressed with the care and patience shown to all residents in what is often a very challenging environment. The care staff often work long days which is extremely tiring but continue to display an air of professionalism throughout each shift. Thank you for all you do for my lovely Mum, I leave her after each visit knowing that she is as safe as she can be.
