We are really happy with the level of care my father is receiving at Limewood. The staff are excellent; friendly, caring and always happy to discuss with family, any issues with the health or care of my father. They keep us up to date with any changes to his medication or care. The Admin Staff
and Management team are also always friendly, approachable and happy to help with any queries we have had. Limewood has made 'dealing with dementia' so much easier for us as a family to deal with. After experiences of other care homes, we feel very fortunate that our father is cared for at Limewood.

My wife has been a resident for over two years with Alzheimers. During that period her condition has slowly deteriorated and the care provided has matched her needs. The staff have always been caring and attentive despite the challenges they face on a daily basis.

I find that Limewood is an excellent Home for my mother who is suffering with very bad Dementia. There are Always plenty of activities that she can take part in. The Staff are very understanding and helpful which is a good thing as I live in Germany and can't visit as often as I would like. All in
all I find Limewood a great place for her to be and she now sees it as her Home.

I always find the reception team are very welcoming into a clean and tidy reception area which is always ' the first thing noticed'. I have been issued with a electronic fob which allows me to access front entrance, staircase and entry into my Sisters cluster. It is therefore obvious that I can
attend, within reason, any time with being announced. Whenever I do visit my sister, usually once a week, everywhere is clean, tidy and warm. Again, whatever time I visit, my sister is clean, well dressed and comfortable ( as are all of the residents I come into contact with).
The staff always give me a very warm welcome, irrespective of their commitments at the time. They are always happy to talk with me regarding my sisters welfare. I am always offered a cup of tea and sometimes if I attend after meal times and there is spare food, I get offered something to eat.
The nursing staff are always happy to discuss matters with me too in private.
I thoroughly recommend Limewood Care Home.

My mother spent just under a year at Limewood and the care she received was outstanding. The small clusters worked wonderfully for her dementia and meant the staff truly knew her, spent time with her and always respected her dignity.
When end of care was decided they went above and beyond. They
quickly coordinated with the district nurses, doctors and other services to make sure she was completely comfortable and that everything was managed smoothly. They took the practical pressures away so I could simply focus on being with her.
In her final week she was cared for with such kindness and the staff supported me too. Some even came in on their own time to pay their respects and share lovely stories about her which meant so much.
I did not realise how amazing they were until I saw firsthand the compassion they show every day. Thank you for understanding her dementia and frailty and for treating her as a person. I will always be grateful.

All staff are excellent and the care is superb facilities and entertainment are amazing and everyone are so friendly and make you feel very welcome, nothing is no problem.

Dad moved into Limewood at the end of July this year, from a nursing home that had not been meeting his needs well at all. I can't stress enough the difference in the quality of care and the environment between the two places. I actually had a little happy cry at how lovely Dad's bedroom is at
Limewood. It actually feels like a home, rather than a clinical space. The carers and nurses are kind and knowledgeable and I feel very confident leaving Dad in their care. He is eating better than he has done in years - enjoying his food and eating at a table with others, rather than on a tray over his lap. I went on holiday with no worries at all about the care that Dad was receiving, for the first time in over a year. Thank you so much to the lovely, kind and friendly staff for giving me the peace of mind I desperately needed.

Mum has been in Limewood over 6 years. She has received good treatment. Her dementia has become worse but she seems happy in her surroundings.

Really lovely attentive staff. All have a caring attitude and responsible to resident needs. Care home is always kept clean and tidy. Staff always keep me well informed.

My husband has been in Limewood for a year. The day I came to look around for him, as soon as I came through the front reception, I saw a bright, clean. I know he was in his forever home. He settled in very quickly. I could leave knowing he was cared for. The staff are very caring. The manager is
available all 24 hours. Noting is too much for staff, residents, and family. I can't thank all of them enough for taking my stress and worries away. I'm now a wife, not a carer.

Whenever I walk into Limewood, I feel a sense of calm and welcome. The office and reception staff are always most helpful and pleasant. The activities staff are wonderful and the carers make our loved ones feel that each on of them is special. I am happy to leave my husband in the care of these
wonderful people not to mention the lovely food so well prepared in the kitchen.

Excellent entertainment/activities on St Patricks Day in the Fox & Duck pub/cafe. Music and drinks and care of patients. Also good film of Ireland and dance in the cinema.

My father has received excellent care from all the staff at Limewood. The staff are friendly and professional when providing support. Communication with myself and my brother has been effective and reassuring. We feel that our father is always safe. It has been particularly beneficial when he has
been accompanied by Limewood staff when visiting hospital.

Limewood Care Home provided excellent care and assistance for my father during his last days on earth. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very friendly and approachable and they gave us the confidence and peace of mind that my father could not have had better care. As well as caring for my
father, the staff looked after the family as if we really mattered to them. We can recommend Limewood Care Home to everyone.

My mother has received superb care and dignity whilst living at Limewood Care Home, Stafford. I and my family are delighted she has remained here for the past eight years and, now as she approaches her 90th year, remains adored by all the staff.

The home has an extremely homely and warm feel which is upheld and demonstrated by all staff members I had the pleasure to meet. Communication is excellent and the care afforded to both my dad and myself was excellent. The staff genuinely care about the residents and nothing is too much trouble for
any of them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home.

My mom has been a resident at Limewood for three years and during this time has been cared for really well. The staff are very hardworking and caring. The support they have given to us as a family has been very much appreciated especially during difficult times.
