The staff looking after my dad are fantastic, they go above and beyond to look after my dad, so caring they are all lovely people always smiling.

Every visit is a pleasure. Dad is happy, safe and well looked after. We are at peace and have no worries because we know he is happy and cared for.

My husband has been a resident at Willowcroft for 4 1/2 months. Staff are very kind, supportive and attentive to residents and families.The home is very well managed and in a clean and pleasant environment and I am happy that he is receiving really good care. I would definitely recommend

Willowcroft is an excellent care home. By brother has been in the home for 11 years & during this time the staff have always been helpful & friendly & catered for all his needs. They have always shown him consideration & have dealt with him in a professional manner. The staff are vey good at
communicating any problems that arise with my brother's welfare.
The care home facilities are modern & well maintained & my brother's room is warm, spacious & personalised to reflect his interests. There are a wide of activities provided, with something on the timetable everyday, including visits by entertainers. Trips out are also regularly arranged.

My Dad has been at this care home for 5 years now. He has Dementia and his behaviour could be very challenging at times. The carers there all deal with him professionally treating him with dignity and care.
I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of everyone who is involved with looking after him.
It is heartbreaking to have to make the decision to ever put your loved ones into a home but they are his family now too and treat him as so.
There is events activities and entertainment on throughout the week which he loves . I love being able to have a little song song with him.
ALL the staff without exception are wonderful but I would like to mention Ben Ash Emi Larry and Laura who have been with him from the start . Thank you guys for everything you do in keeping my dad happy and safe .
I feel at peace leaving him in your care.

The staff who work with my mum are great with her. They try their best to keep her calm even when she's being overbearing. Laura who does the entertainment and days out is amazing with all the residents. She really cares for them and tries to make them happy as she can xxxx

My aunty is well looked after at Willowcroft Care Home. The staff are lovely and treat her with dignity and respect. I love visiting Willowcroft.

Overall, in the 7 years my wife has lived here, I have always rated the carers very highly. The staff resolve any issues and takes into consideration the needs of the residents and my wife's condition.
Overall, in relation to my wife's condition, the people who have looked after her over the
years, have provided high-quality care. I can't thank the staff enough.
Would recommend this home.

My father is at the care home. He had previously been rejected by other care homes due to his challenging behaviour.
The team are highly skilled and offers person-centred care. My father is well looked after and the team will keep me informed of his progress.

I have always found my sister is very well cared for. The staff are always very helpful, I would say excellent. Any query is always answered straight away, they treat my sister with great respect always. They do a difficult job with care and kindness and a ready smile.

This is my friend's third home, all I can say is this is far better. The staff are great at their jobs and my friend seems more content.

The care home is very well-run. It is a pleasant environment, the staff are efficient and caring. The meals are good and varied, the activities are diverse. The rooms are nicely decorated and they can have their own things around them.
I am very satisfied with the care home and my husband is happy
there.
