My Dad has been at this care home for 5 years now. He has Dementia and his behaviour could be very challenging at times. The carers there all deal with him professionally treating him with dignity and care.
I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of everyone who is involved with looking after him.
It is heartbreaking to have to make the decision to ever put your loved ones into a home but they are his family now too and treat him as so.
There is events activities and entertainment on throughout the week which he loves . I love being able to have a little song song with him.
ALL the staff without exception are wonderful but I would like to mention Ben Ash Emi Larry and Laura who have been with him from the start . Thank you guys for everything you do in keeping my dad happy and safe .
I feel at peace leaving him in your care.

The staff who work with my mum are great with her. They try their best to keep her calm even when she's being overbearing. Laura who does the entertainment and days out is amazing with all the residents. She really cares for them and tries to make them happy as she can xxxx

My aunty is well looked after at Willowcroft Care Home. The staff are lovely and treat her with dignity and respect. I love visiting Willowcroft.

Overall, in the 7 years my wife has lived here, I have always rated the carers very highly. The staff resolve any issues and takes into consideration the needs of the residents and my wife's condition.
Overall, in relation to my wife's condition, the people who have looked after her over the
years, have provided high-quality care. I can't thank the staff enough.
Would recommend this home.

My father is at the care home. He had previously been rejected by other care homes due to his challenging behaviour.
The team are highly skilled and offers person-centred care. My father is well looked after and the team will keep me informed of his progress.

Everybody at the Willowcroft is so nice, I am happy with the care my Mum receives.

I have always found my sister is very well cared for. The staff are always very helpful, I would say excellent. Any query is always answered straight away, they treat my sister with great respect always. They do a difficult job with care and kindness and a ready smile.

This is my friend's third home, all I can say is this is far better. The staff are great at their jobs and my friend seems more content.

I think Willowcroft is an excellent care home. The staff are very friendly and helpful and deal with my brothers' problems in a very efficient and capable manner. The staff are very good at communicating with me about any issues of concern. Many activities are provided for the residents, and there
are regular family meetings where any issues can be discussed.

The care home is very well-run. It is a pleasant environment, the staff are efficient and caring. The meals are good and varied, the activities are diverse. The rooms are nicely decorated and they can have their own things around them.
I am very satisfied with the care home and my husband is happy
there.
