My aunty is well looked after at Willowcroft Care Home. The staff are lovely and treat her with dignity and respect. I love visiting Willowcroft.

Overall, in the 7 years my wife has lived here, I have always rated the carers very highly. The staff resolve any issues and takes into consideration the needs of the residents and my wife's condition.
Overall, in relation to my wife's condition, the people who have looked after her over the years,
have provided high-quality care. I can't thank the staff enough.
Would recommend this home.

My father is at the care home. He had previously been rejected by other care homes due to his challenging behaviour.
The team are highly skilled and offers person-centred care. My father is well looked after and the team will keep me informed of his progress.
Would highly recommend this home.

I have always found my sister is very well cared for. The staff are always very helpful, I would say excellent. Any query is always answered straight away, they treat my sister with great respect always. They do a difficult job with care and kindness and a ready smile.

I think Willowcroft is an excellent care home. The staff are very friendly and helpful and deal with my brothers' problems in a very efficient and capable manner. The staff are very good at communicating with me about any issues of concern. Many activities are provided for the residents, and there are
regular family meetings where any issues can be discussed.

The care home is very well-run. It is a pleasant environment, the staff are efficient and caring. The meals are good and varied, the activities are diverse. The rooms are nicely decorated and they can have their own things around them.
I am very satisfied with the care home and my husband is happy
there.
