A beautiful, very welcoming home. The home is so well presented and maintained. All the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff we meet were so friendly and welcoming. They were extremely attentive and appeared to have a warm relationship with our friend. Our friend seems to be very happy there.

The staff made the place feel welcoming and friendly. The care of patients was ' heart felt' and seemed more than just a job. The staff were very professional and kind hearted. It didn't feel like a care home.

My dad had an ITA at the weekend, the quick-thinking staff phoned for an ambulance and he was taken to hospital. The following day, after he had been discharged, he returned to Harrier House. The staff soon realised that my dad was worse than he was the previous day. They contacted the ambulance, which went to Harrier House. He was re-assessed, and they discovered an infection had been missed at the hospital. Without the knowledge of my dad, they quickly knew he wasn't right.

Since my father first came to stay for respite, due to the onset of dementia. The care has been excellent. He is now in the home permanently after renal problems, which gave him not very long left in life. However, the dedication of all the staff has been second to none, and he is still with us a year and a half later. His room is beautiful and always clean. The day room are a joy to be in and the staff provide plenty of daily activities to entertain the residents. I recommend Harrier House to anyone looking for high quality care.

My mother has been resident at Harrier House for over 2 years and is now 104 years old.
I very much doubt she would have reached this milestone without the care and support she receives at Harrier.

She think of it as home and the staff do all they can to make her feel at home.

Excellent in every way. The staff do everything they can to make life as good as it can be. I was a temporary resident, but was treated equally as well as the permanent residents. The atmosphere was very welcoming and I was treated with dignity and respect at all times. The food was excellent and plentiful. The choices and variety were to my taste and I think would be to most peoples satisfaction. Every aspect was though of, leisure, activities, laundry, and medical requirements.

The staff and care are beyond compare - as visitors, we're always welcomed warmly and enjoy the activities we can share like the quiz nights.
