What a wonderful care home! Such good service, happy, caring, clean and helpful. Need I go on! We as a family were concerned about mum going in a care home, but what a super place! When my time come please could you find me a place!

My mum has been a resident at Britten Court for over three years, and we have always found the staff to be friendly, cheerful and helpful. I know my mum has been happy there and her care has been fantastic. I can not praise Britten Court and all the staff enough, especially going the extra mile
making sure every resident has a lovely birthday. Thank you all very much.

All staff are very helpful and caring. The care home is really clean and tidy and I feel happy my mum is safe and being cared for at Britten Court.

You cannott fault the kindness, caring & pleasantness of all of the staff. If my wife (heaven forbid) passess away before me.
I only want to come to Britten Court nowhere else.

The overall care package my father recieved during his stay I would class as good to excellent this inclueded the care and dignity shown to him towards end of life.
I would like to thank every single staff member for thier devotion and duty of care Dad recieved in his final years.

We moved mum from another home. Immediatly she was shown so much care. The staff made me feel very welcome and showed I could be as involved as I would like.
On visiting all staff could update me on mum's day. They are very patient with mum. Her food intake has increased and the biggest thing is
mum being hoisted into a chair and Ive been able to take her into the garden (she hadn't been out of bed for over a year)
The managment are fully involved and nothing is too much trouble.

What an amazing place. Wonderful staff, very welcoming and can't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean and has a lovely atmosphere. What they do for entertainment for the elderly is just amazing. They recognise every occasion and include everyone in that.
My father-in-law is so happy there, he says
its like staying in a luxury hotel. Excellent! Can't praise it enough

Overall very pleased with care received but care is sometimes patchy - due to being short staff I suspect. Would prefer Mum to be out of bed more - recently was not helped to a chair for six consecutive days. Although not able to take part in many activities she likes to watch others and see
outside. Sometimes feel she is forgotten about because she is not demanding but happy and compliant.

Britten Court care home, is a credit to you all, From the bottom of heart, I can't say enough about how good, you all are. my family and I

Had a few issues settleing in. As we should as not a one thing suits all home. Everything sorted out, promptly, proffessionally and with dignity.
Very very happy with my mums care.

Today I have visited my mum in Britten Court Care Home and as always the care and attention was top-notch. My mum never wanted to be in a care home. But this place has changed her view and although not initially what she wanted, Mum enjoys the staff's help and attention to detail that they provide.
Almost better than a 5* hotel. I thoroughly recommend Britten Court.

I have left three categories blank for the following reasons. Food and drink - my mother-in-law refused food. Activities - my mother-in-law was confined to bed. Value for money - the placement was funded by the NHS.

I cannot praise this nursing home highly enough. It is a wonderful establishment that clearly cares for its residents and will do everything in their power to make them happy, safe and cared for. In the space of a week, my mother-in-law is a different person! She is stimulated, valued and as a
family, we know she is in the best place. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I would rate your care and attention to client care and happiness excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, which is reassuring in my brother's needs being met.
