My mother in law started at Cleves Place with 2 weeks respite, extended to 4 weeks and now permanent. Within a week or so of her being there, we could see a marked difference in her well being, she was eating well, managing to walk a few steps aided by the attentive carers, which she had not been
able to do while in her own home with visiting carers as they did not have the time. She looked healthier & happier.
We (all family & friends) have been made to feel really welcome at Cleves, & already feel like we've known the management, receptionist, carers, cleaners and all staff for years. They dealt with my mother in laws recent illness really efficiently, contacting doctors etc to make sure she got the care she needed quickly, constantly informing us of what was happening.
Cleves Place is a lovely, comfortable, clean & caring home & we are happy that mum is there. Many Thanks to all staff

My mother has been at Cleves Place since June after being in hospital for several months . The difference in her appearance is remarkable she is now eating well putting on weight and happy .The staff are so caring and efficient and we as a family have been made to feel welcome at all times . I

From the moment Cleves called to say there was a room for Dad to the moment Dad passed away at Cleves, we were all made to feel like Dad was 'home from home'. The care he received throughout and the 'care' we as a family received was exemplary. Cleves became another family, and we miss them. The way
they looked after us in Dad's final hours was heartwarming, and we are full of gratitude & admiration. x

Just Wow.
A wonderful care home, a beautiful environment fill with amazing caring staff.
Mum is so happy and relaxed in the home, I wouldn't want her to be anywhere else.
I come away after each visit feeling reassured that mum is getting the best care possible.

From the moment we walked into Cleves Place Care Home we had a feeling of how calm the place felt. You are greeted by clean well presented smiley staff, the place is lovely and clean and smells really fresh. The rooms are all very well presented, the residents all look happy, clean and well cared
for. All the staff were so kind and helpful. They have a really good menu and the food looked really nice. My husbands clothes are all washed and ironed and are all put back into his room neat and tidy. The manager and staff keep us informed about my husband at all times and we are really happy with how the place is run.

Cleves Place Care Home is a very warm welcoming care home, supporting and deep meaningful care provided for our dear Dad. He has been through a lot of changes with his health deteriorating over the years with our Mum being the carer for him. He has settled in very well as he has a lovely room
looking out to the garden which he always loved at home. When we visit, the staff are a delight and are very reassuring knowing he is happy with the care.

A happy and relaxed place with friendly and helpful staff. An environment of kindness and care reflected in the well-being of the residents. Always a warm welcome, a smile and a willingness to help. A real comfort knowing that my parents are safe, warm, well fed and looked after in their twilight
time of life. They can do as much or as little as they desire to do. Always a quiet place, a walk in the garden or a group activity to join in with.

Cleves Place is the most caring place. Staff and management so caring. My son needs a lot of care and sometimes can be quite aggressive but they handle it with a smile. Wonderful staff is what they are. Without Cleve, me, my husband and family would not know how we would cope. Thanks again to

My mum was admitted for respite care. As a family, we were made welcome from the point of entering the home. Management team met us, made us feel at ease, encouraged us to ask questions. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The care staff were beyond amazing. My Mum was treated like a queen, she
thoroughly enjoyed her stay.

Your home is relatively comfortable and welcoming as are your gardens. On the whole, my 3-week stay was extremely disappointing.
Agency nursing care was appalling - the permanent nursing staff was very good and even nursing assistants, cleaners, and activity staff. Having to request toilet rolls,
fresh water, flannels, and even my medication is totally unacceptable.
Activities and food and drink ratings due to my cognitive condition.

Visited my Mother-in-law. She'd just had a bath and hair wash, she seemed happy, then had a cup of tea brought to her. All the staff are friendly and approachable.

This was without a doubt a fantastic home for Mum. She was only there for a couple of months before she passed on. The level of care she received at Diamond Ward was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. All the carers were attentive and loving to Mum's needs. There was always a hug when things got
tough.
Cannot rate this home and all its carers highly enough.

Very pleasant experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful. My father is being very well cared for. This is only my second visit but everyone is so kind and welcoming. Was a great meeting and met by management on arrival too.

My mother has been a resident of Cleves Place care home in Haverhill for four weeks now, and I have found the staff and management to be second to none. Nothing is too much trouble as far as caring for their residents. The surroundings are very clean and comfortable, with plenty of entertainment and
activities.

Mum seems really happy, having good and bad days. She has made friends and enjoys the activities. Sometimes she does not enjoy the food but we know she can have what she wants, she just has to ask. In general, I feel that she is generally happy considering her age.

A very bright, cheerful home with friendly, helpful staff. They have a good programme of events for residents to join in. The management are very approachable and deal with any issues promptly. Peace of mind for relatives.

The staff genuinely care about my mum and have a lot of patience. This care home feels very welcoming and homely too. My mum has put on weight, which was much needed.

The home is outstanding! My mother is extremely well cared for and cared about. Even though at times she can be challenging. The staff are endlessly kind and patient and funny and always professional. This comes from the example set by the management. Nothing is too much, never are they too busy. We
are so grateful to know Mum is happy and safe.

Cleves Place is a fantastic care home. My dad has been there for over seven years and is very well cared for. He really likes it there. I could not recommend a better care home. The staff go out of their way to help the residents. The food is great, staff are fantastic.
