All rooms are en-suite and beautifully furnished, and some bedrooms on the ground floor even open onto the home's lovely secure gardens.
At Cleves Place, residents are at the heart of the home and are supported to make choices about the care they receive.
Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Whenever I visit my friend it is always a good experience (even if my friend is not good) as always someone to talk with. It is bright & friendly. The staff could not be better. It is like coming to a hotel! The care is amazing.

From the moment we walked into Cleves Place Care Home we had a feeling of how calm the place felt. You are greeted by clean well presented smiley staff, the place is lovely and clean and smells really fresh. The rooms are all very well presented, the residents all look happy, clean and well cared for. All the staff were so kind and helpful. They have a really good menu and the food looked really nice. My husbands clothes are all washed and ironed and are all put back into his room neat and tidy. The manager and staff keep us informed about my husband at all times and we are really happy with how the place is run.

Whilst we appreciate your comments surrounding the facilities at Cleves Place, we are surprised and saddened to hear that you feel your experience was disappointing. Upon admission, residents' medication is logged as per prescriber's instruction, and is administered in accordance with this. Where a resident's preference around medication changes, we work with prescribers to accommodate this wherever possible and safe to do so. We have a steadfast team of permanent domestics and carers on the suite in which you stayed, who work hard to ensure residents are well cared for and their needs met. We can only apologise that you feel let down by your experience with us.

I joined Cleves Place in 2015 as I liked Care UK’s vision and values. The home has a great family atmosphere, and we have a fantastic team here who work really well together to deliver the best care and experience for residents.
I love being able to make a difference in a resident’s life. If I can complete my shift knowing a resident has smiled and is happy, I feel I have achieved my goal. I also enjoy empowering colleagues to do their best work.
I’ve been working in the care sector for over twenty years, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with new colleagues and watching them grow in confidence in their role.
I also like to keep learning and developing my own skills. One of my biggest professional challenges has been completing my Level 5 Diploma in Management. I’ve also had an article published in a palliative care publication.
