Very limited and slow responses to issues in my flat. Complaints made to local management that has been ongoing for some time now. Complaints put in and often take forever to deal with. A poorly aligned patio door has supposedly been dealt with several visits, but is still binding against the
rubber seal at the top. The living room door handle mechanism that was supposedly dealt with some weeks ago, whereby I was unable to get into the living room and now is inoperative. Ongoing issues with dust mites in the living room, whereby I am constantly sneezing. A pest control guy came around approximately nearly three months ago and put three green boxes in the living room. No explanation as to what purpose these served and are still in the living room waiting to be collected by the pest control guy. Still having fits of allergy sneezing!! I am constantly having to vacuum ongoing in the front room every day and the dust container gets filled every day of the week. Other issues as well.
