Our experience at Middleton House has been mixed although the overall experience is good. We have put 'satisfactory' against 'treated with dignity' because although the office staff are wonderful, care staff were on the whole poor, with little regard (from some) for the person in their care, talking
about my mother as if she wasn't there. Kitchen staff are excellent, being kind, and preparing varied meals.The activities that the office staff put on, were interesting, and varied, cleanliness is very good.
