My brother lived here for over 2 years until, sadly, he passed away in August 2025. My brother was taken ill one morning, and the staff were so caring and supportive to my brother beyond what you would normally expect. They have always been so kind and helpful while my brother lived there for 2 1/2 years at Poplar House. They couldn't do enough for us all, especially during the sad time of his passing away. They should be recognised for their hard work and dedication.

I visited on 26 August after travelling from Scotland. This is the first time I have seen my friend who previously lived in another care home where he was burgled 4 times. I was very impressed and relieved to find him in such a lovely facility. Everyone there was so caring and attentive, I left with renewed confidence knowing he was safe and had such great in-house support. Well done Sanctuary, what a great model you have. Many thanks,
