My father was in a home prior to this and my overall opinion was that they were just in it for the money! Well this home has completely changed that view. The care staff actually care and interact with the residents. Nothing is too much trouble. I leave here feeling my father is safe and totally
cared for which is so lovely Dite me and my family. We no longer go to sleep worrying about him as he is treated so well.
All the staff from reception to cleaners are friendly and warm. Would definitely recommend this home for a loved one!

The welcome we recieved for my mum was so amazing. My mum needs 24 hr care which I was struggling with. Belmont House has been an absolute Godsend. My mum has perked up so much she is so much happier. The care she recieves here is second to none. The staff are so friendly and kind and thoughtful.
The food is delicious and it feels like family. I would absolutely recommend Belmont House. It's very clean and comfortable.

Mum is well-looked after, and I'm very pleased with the standard of care provided to mum she enjoys interacting with the staff and thoroughly enjoys activities and the cake! Mum is settled and happy

My partner stayed in Belmont and enjoyed every minute.
Everything was lovely. From the staff who were very friendly and helpful especially for the "tour" and looking in. The whole package worked well. Will certainly use Belmont again!!

I have been visiting a friend for nearly 3 years in Belmont house, I was very happy to see how those carers work so hard and are so pleasant with the visitors too! It's like a family with different backgrounds. My friend is safe there, so well treated with respect.

My mother became a resident at Belmont House as it was deemed for her to be no longer safe at home due to risk of falls. My mother was initialy very resistant to the idea of a care home but now has become much calmer & relaxed & not asking to go home daily. The staff are all amazing & cannot do
enough to assist with the transitioning of a loved one to Belmont House. I feel happy when I leave my mother that she is in a safe environment being cared for to such a high standard of care.

My nan's stay was very short, just one week, but I'm glad she spent her last days here, being cared for by the most amazing team, in comfortable conditions.

I see my sister in law every week and she so looked after though she can not move much but staff look after her the home is great a lovely atmosphere when you walk in staff are terrific.So lovely to know that my darling sister in law is looked after so well a terrific home

My mum has been a resident a Belmont House for a few months now and I cannot fault the care she receives. Everyone in the home is friendly, and helpful and cannot do enough for residents and visitors alike. They have always treated my mum with dignity and respect and go out of their way to honour
any request we make.
Having two parents that are terminally ill is hard on us as a family, but at least we know our mum is well cared for.

Cannot fault the care, hygiene or anything else with Belmont House. The staff are fantastic. Friendly and efficient.
Mum says the food is generally very good and there is activities on daily to keep residents entertained. Regular pop ins from the staff if that's what the resident wants.
Communal
dining rooms are well kept And well used, a Lovely private dining area for residents and families to use. Fantastic hairdressing facility, with hairdressers coming in weekly, although personal hairdressers are welcome with the right insurances.
Cinema room is a lovely touch too with a large array of DVDs to watch.

Every time I visit my brother in law we are greeted very warmly. He is obviously well cared for and all his complex medical needs are managed expertly. In my professional life I visited many care homes but I have rarely experienced such a lovely atmosphere and there are lots of activities for the
residents. The staff are so kind and look after him so well. I couldn't wish for a better environment for him.

My dad has been cared for at Belmont for 7 years and I cannot fault anything. The staff are exceptional and take the time to look after him with dignity and respect. Without their love and dedication, I know he would not still be here today. Belmont facilities are excellent and it is always clean
and does not feel like a care home at all, more like a family/community. Thank you to everyone for all they do.

My mother has been looked after with great care and dignity. She took a while to settle in, but had now become more settled. She enjoys the food and has noticed an improvement from when she first arrived. She likes being taken outside and help with her walking. It is an advantage that a doctor
visits each week.

Mum has been in Belmont House for 7 years and in that time Mum and our family have formed very special relationsips with the staff which has made a very painful process a calmer one for us all and we have made many precious memories which will help us now that Mum is at peace.I can not thank the
staff enough for their care towards us all,we really could not have wished for a better experience.All the staff without exception treated us all with so much compassion and shared with us in our laughing and crying....everyone of you has played a special role in making Mum and us all feel loved,valued and so well cared for...thank you all from the bottom of my heart.xxx
