I moved my mother into Weald Heights in November 2025. The staff took a lot of time to make sure they understood her, particularly her likes and dislikes and her medication, before she moved in. She settled into the home very quickly and made friends easily. I am confident that staff know her well
and treat her with great kindness and empathy. She is happy in the home and says she feels secure and cosy there. I feel a huge sense of relief knowing that she is being well looked after. I visit regularly and I enjoy my visits because I can see how happy she is

Dad has been at Weald Heights for a year and is so happy there. Every staff member is kind, caring and professional. They make Dad feel valued, supported and safe. He is treated with great dignity and, given his dementia, is positively thriving. He enjoys visits to the café and devours the amazing
homemade cakes. He spent most summer afternoons sitting outside in the patio garden, enjoying interacting with family, other residents and visitors. The entertainments are very good. Dad particularly benefits from the one-to-one therapies. The staff have taken over Dad's medical care and appointments, but still involve the family in all medical discussions. Communication is excellent and they phone us immediately if there are any issues. Weald Heights has made us all feel part of its wider family, and the staff support all of us through their wonderful care for Dad and their great kindness to us. Congratulations to Maria and her team, and thank you to all of you. You are outstanding.

My dad came to Weald Heights in December 2024 and he was welcomed straight away. They knew his little quirks right from the beginning which was so reassuring to see. He was so well looked after right until the end. The whole team are so lovely, friendly, professional and it was a lovely environment
to come and visit him every weekend. Thank you to the whole team!

My mother has been a resident at Weald Heights since shortly after it opened, ie December 2017. Our family greatly appreciates the excellent care that has been given by the staff. We have always found the staff compassionate and approachable and they have been a tremendous support for both my mum
and our family.

As a family we are so pleased & grateful we decided that Weald Heights was the place for my Mother to spend her latter years .
She was very happy & contented during her time living there .
All the staff were so kind & caring , always smiling & happy to have a chat .

The staff have been excellent in helping mum to settle. It has taken a long time and been a tough journey, but everyone at Weald Heights has been so supportive and caring. I feel that the staff really have good attention to detail, which makes all the difference. I do wish that there was more of a
garden, but the patio is a charming place to sit in the summer

We have over an hours journey to visit our sister in law who has been a resident for nearly six years, when we arrive we are always greeted with a warm smile from both the lovely receptionists, and also the coffee machine and cakes are very appreciated. As always our sister in law is perfectly
dressed and looks lovely, she was always very particular about her appearance and this is so nice to see, even with her dementia, we hopefully think she now and again feels it, this is down to the amazing staff in her care. Also a mention to the wonderful hairdresser. Weald Heights in our opinion is exceptional and the award they received confirms this.

My Dad has been at Weald Heights since November 2024. Over the past nine months the staff have worked hard to get to understand my Dad's needs and interests, and to tailor their care accordingly. They communicate clearly and regularly with me and other family members so we know how Dad is getting on
between our visits. It is to the staff's credit that they remember each of our names and are welcoming when we visit. The coffee bar and outside space is very well stocked and maintained and gives me and other family members an ideal venue to meet with Dad when we visit. In summary, my Dad is very settled at Weald Heights and me and my family appreciate all the care and support he is receiving from the Weald Staff team.

Weald Heights is a happy place. There is always something going on to keep the residents busy. They are well fed and cared for in pretty surroundings.The outside area is a pleasure to sit in the during summer months and the flowers are beautiful and well attended. The staff are always pleasant and
polite.

We are delighted with the care Mum is receiving at Weald Heights. We moved her from another home in the area a few months ago, and every effort was made to ensure the transfer was as quick and as smooth as possible. Since then, she has put on some much-needed weight and is doing well. The home has a
positive, happy feel and all the staff we have met are very kind and professional. We do not live locally and have appreciated the regular phone and email communication. Mum has Alzheimer's and has been sensitively cared for since she arrived. We cannot comment on activities as Mum isn't able to participate fully. If you are considering a home in Sevenoaks for a family member, we would highly recommend Weald Heights.

What a wonderful home! Mum has been at Weald Heights since October. She started on the ground floor but it was clear after a few weeks that she needed more help and after Christmas she moved upstairs to a fabulous room with a lovely view. She is very happy and the staff are gently encouraging her to
join in the various events on offer. The staff are brilliant and so caring. They are very welcoming when I visit and I am always surprised that everyone seems to know my name. I am able to make mum a cup of tea or coffee when I visit. Mum says the food is delicious and has put on weight, she was obviously not feeding herself properly. I can't recommend this home enough and I am so glad that mum is safe and happy. The staff call me to inform if mum needs a GP visit or is going on an outing. I would like to thank Weald Heights for all the wonderful care that they give mum.

Fabulous staff who have made my dad feel so welcome at Weald Heights. Very impressed with the information / feedback that I get from the team leaders. They could not do more to help and put my mind at rest that my Dad is being well looked after.
Also Amelia has gone above and beyond, in regards
to moving my Dad to a preferred room.

All my interactions with Weald Heights have been excellent, and a recent review meeting to discuss my mother's care was no exception. The staff in attendance were attentive and reactive, and they clearly summarised our agreed action points. The staff gave me and my sister (who also attended the
meeting) plenty of time to discuss my mother's care requirements and her overall wellbeing. My mother has been a resident of Weald Heights since mid-May 2025, and to date every member of staff at the home has been extremely kind and helpful. Thank you all.

We were really delighted to hear that Weald Heights has been awarded 'Outstanding' by the CQC. We know what goes on behind the scenes to achieve this fantastic result, having both been subject to either CQC or Ofsted inspections at various stages in our careers. It totally reflects our experience
with the dedication of your staff in caring for my father and the visible improvements in his health and wellbeing since being at Weald Heights over the last couple of months. Please would you pass on our best wishes to all the staff particularly those wonderful people on the 2nd Floor.

My father has dementia & has been a resident at Weald Heights since December 2024. We have found everyone to be kind, friendly & welcoming to Dad & all our family. He has received excellent care & all the staff have worked very hard to find ways to engage him & keep him occupied. The activity
programme is amazing & offers something for everyone. Dad has paritucally enjoyed the wonderful singers & musicians. The food is excellent & we all enjoy the delicious cakes in the cafe when we visit Dad. We feel Dad is extremely well looked after & treated with dignity at all times. Thank you to everyone at Weald Heights.

My husband has been a resident of Weald Heights since late December 2024. During this time, he has been treated with dignity and kindness by all the staff, and although he does not want to join all the activities, he does enjoy the musical afternoons and namaste sessions. He enjoys visits to the
cafe and short walks in the garden. I am very pleased with he care he is receiving and I enjoy my visits to see him as I am met with a welcoming smile and happy greeting from all the staff.
