other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

My Dad has been at Weald Heights since November 2024. Over the past nine months the staff have worked hard to get to understand my Dad's needs and interests, and to tailor their care accordingly. They communicate clearly and regularly with me and other family members so we know how Dad is getting on
between our visits. It is to the staff's credit that they remember each of our names and are welcoming when we visit. The coffee bar and outside space is very well stocked and maintained and gives me and other family members an ideal venue to meet with Dad when we visit. In summary, my Dad is very settled at Weald Heights and me and my family appreciate all the care and support he is receiving from the Weald Staff team.

Weald Heights is a happy place. There is always something going on to keep the residents busy. They are well fed and cared for in pretty surroundings.The outside area is a pleasure to sit in the during summer months and the flowers are beautiful and well attended. We are delighted with the care Mum is receiving at Weald Heights. We moved her from another home in the area a few months ago, and every effort was made to ensure the transfer was as quick and as smooth as possible. Since then, she has put on some much-needed weight and is doing well. The home has a
positive, happy feel and all the staff we have met are very kind and professional. We do not live locally and have appreciated the regular phone and email communication. Mum has Alzheimer's and has been sensitively cared for since she arrived. We cannot comment on activities as Mum isn't able to participate fully. If you are considering a home in Sevenoaks for a family member, we would highly recommend Weald Heights.

What a wonderful home! Mum has been at Weald Heights since October. She started on the ground floor but it was clear after a few weeks that she needed more help and after Christmas she moved upstairs to a fabulous room with a lovely view. She is very happy and the staff are gently encouraging her to
join in the various events on offer. The staff are brilliant and so caring. They are very welcoming when I visit and I am always surprised that everyone seems to know my name. I am able to make mum a cup of tea or coffee when I visit. Mum says the food is delicious and has put on weight, she was obviously not feeding herself properly. I can't recommend this home enough and I am so glad that mum is safe and happy. The staff call me to inform if mum needs a GP visit or is going on an outing. I would like to thank Weald Heights for all the wonderful care that they give mum.

All my interactions with Weald Heights have been excellent, and a recent review meeting to discuss my mother's care was no exception. The staff in attendance were attentive and reactive, and they clearly summarised our agreed action points. The staff gave me and my sister (who also attended the meeting)
plenty of time to discuss my mother's care requirements and her overall wellbeing. My mother has been a resident of Weald Heights since mid-May 2025, and to date every member of staff at the home has been extremely kind and helpful. Thank you all.

My father has dementia & has been a resident at Weald Heights since December 2024. We have found everyone to be kind, friendly & welcoming to Dad & all our family. He has received excellent care & all the staff have worked very hard to find ways to engage him & keep him occupied. The activity programme
is amazing & offers something for everyone. Dad has paritucally enjoyed the wonderful singers & musicians. The food is excellent & we all enjoy the delicious cakes in the cafe when we visit Dad. We feel Dad is extremely well looked after & treated with dignity at all times. Thank you to everyone at Weald Heights.

My husband has been a resident of Weald Heights since late December 2024. During this time, he has been treated with dignity and kindness by all the staff, and although he does not want to join all the activities, he does enjoy the musical afternoons and namaste sessions. He enjoys visits to the cafe
and short walks in the garden. I am very pleased with he care he is receiving and I enjoy my visits to see him as I am met with a welcoming smile and happy greeting from all the staff.

Following a health scare my father chose to move to Weald Heights having seen the tremendous care my mother received when she was there. He knew he would be safe and happy and well looked after.
At Weald Heights he really felt at home. He loved the staff and the feeling of companionship he gained
from all those around him. He loved the reception room where he could read his papers and see the world by.
But when his health took a downturn that was when we were simply in awe of the care that was provided. My father was so well looked after 24 hours a day, he was very old school and the respect with which he was treated was wonderful. He might have been physically frail but mentally he was switched on throughout and he would always tell me how well he was being cared for.
Losing my father was incredibly sad but thanks to everyone at Weald Heights it was never distressing and we knew that my father passed with love and dignity. We could not have wished for anything more.

The staff at Weald Heights could not have been more dedicated to the care of my father in law for 18 months until he passed over. He was treated with such kindness and dignity throughout his stay. The whole team are top quality and the facilities are brilliant. We visited at different times each day
and were always greeted by professional, motivated staff members.

After a week in hospital, Dad moved into Weald Heights 3 months ago. He has mixed dementia and doesn't know where he is, but is happy there and very comfortable. The care is outstanding and very professional. Every staff member is so kind, caring and welcoming. They have gone to great lengths to get
to know Dad and us, and to find out what makes him tick and what might keep him engaged and occupied. They have even set up an 'office' for him in a corridor, where he can 'go to work'. The food and facilities are excellent. Dad likes going with us to the café and chatting to whoever is there, and has recently enjoyed coffee outside on the patio. The daily entertainments programme is fantastic, with one-to-one chats and garden walks, crafts, physical exercises, hand massage, amazing singers and musicians, and escorted minibus outings. We feel that Dad is being superbly looked after with dignity. We have no hesitation in recommending Weald Heights. A big thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Great experience from the initial phone call to ask for respite for 2 weeks in 1 week's time. The positive response from a particular member of staff organised very efficiently. Lovely warm reception on our arrival. Reception staff, carers catering staff, and nurses are very caring, responsive, and
kind. My father felt well looked after and it aided his recovery after a hip operation. The food was excellent, he loved talking about what he'd eaten. The cafe is a lovely place for us all. Thanks. Great experience, would recommend it to all.

I’m a registered nurse by training and have worked in older people’s care for 25 years. Before joining Weald Heights in 2016, I had managed a large care home for ten years. I’ve been at Weald Heights since before it opened its doors. I’m delighted at the way my team and I have made it a home with a first-class reputation.


I believe in setting the standard, rather than following, and we take an innovative, personalised approach to resident care. When residents said they fancied learning a new language, we set up Spanish lessons and joined with a local parent and toddler group so that the generations could learn together. And when a gentleman, who is a keen musician, wanted to visit the Royal Albert Hall for his 90th birthday, we worked with his family to make it happen and to give him an unforgettable day.


I was delighted with our ‘good’ rating from the CQC, which we gained in September 2018. I’m now looking forward to continuing to work with my skilled and passionate team to go one better. Our aim now is to become an ‘outstanding’ provider of great care for older people in Sevenoaks, and across Kent and the South East of England.
