View Full Details of Oak Springs Care HomeThe care staff are very friendly and really care for the residents. They treat everyone with dignity and encourage the residents to join in on all activities. My mother in law is well looked after and looks healthier than she was before she came into the home.
The carers take time to talk with the residents, we have lots of laughs with them. They present the meals nice and the tables are laid out beautiful. I enjoy all the activities which makes the day enjoyable.
The care and attention given to my mum is excellent. The carers always make time to chat and cheer up the residents. Since mum has arrived, it has given me peace of mind, knowing that she is well cared for. Mum has settled in well due to the staff having a natural caring manner. Thank you for looking after mum, all your hard work is appreciated.
Next best thing is being in your own home. Staff are warm and caring, and respectful towards the residents. There are lots of activities arranged throughout the week to help towards the quality of life.
I couldn't be happier with the care my mum receives at Oak Springs. The staff provide excellent care, treating my mum with compassion and respect. There are plenty of activities and social events, creating a sense of community. Communication with myself and other family members is very good. Knowing that my mum is receiving the best care gives me peace of mind. I would recommend Oak Springs to other families looking for a care home.
Oak Springs is a fabulous home, my Nan is so settled here after moving from another home. The staff are like extended family and everyone is known personally by name. The food is beautiful and freshly made, lots of activities and my Nan loves that she can still get a pamper by having her hair done weekly and her nails painted by the staff. The manager and deputy have an open door policy which is refreshing for families and they are very hands on within the home. It was hard to place my nan in her home but she needed the extra care as her dementia progressed. I would highly recommend this home as it's home from home. Especially after a recent refurb which residents and relatives had a say in the decorations.
The staff kept me informed of Mum's problems, which led to a hospital visit.
Brilliant care service, staff go above and beyond to look after the residents and my mum. Nothing is never bother too, they always on hand to answer your concerns and the needs of your loved one. Very compassionate too, management are kind and will lake time out to communicate with you regarding your loved ones.
My nana has made many new friends since arriving in Oak Springs, and that is due to the dedication of the staff.
My mum was a very quiet, shy person but since coming in to Oak Springs she has gained a lot of confidence.
The home is always clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only area of improvement is my mum often seems short of underwear + socks despite all her clothes being tagged.
My mother-in-law is cared for at Oaks Springs. She enjoys being here and the staff are always friendly and are very hard working.
Mum is really looked after and cared for. I am informed of any changes in her health. Staff are all very caring and helpful nothing is too much.
Overall the care is brilliant with specific carers. Some carers need retraining but specifically, Sharon, Chloe + Ruben are excellent. They are caring and nothing is any trouble for any of the residents, there should be more like them. Under the guidance of an excellent team lead Ali, they are a great team!
The staff work very hard but there is a shortage of staff. Particularly at weekend. I have had to wait 40 mins for my husband to be put into wheelchair.
One particular carer no names mention little with short blonde hair (Sharsh). Has so much time to spend + care for her clients, always there for them. Gives 100% time into job. Well deserves a mention + award for what she does for her job.
This is a very friendly + dignified place for dad. They are all upbeat + friendly staff, caring, kind + great humanity on Maple. Ali and Sandra are great communicators. Sharon, Eve, Chloe, Ruben. Always welcome + go out of their way to make sure even the visitors + comfy + updated.

My aunty has lived at Oak Springs for over 8 years. The care and compassion she has received over the years has been amazing. The unit lead on Walnut is exceptional. She cares for my aunty like shes her own. I couldn't wish for her to be looked after by better person. Also I would like to thank all the staff on Walnut for doing an amazing job.
My great Aunty, who lives at Oak Springs, has been looked after fantastically on Walnut Unit. The staff go above and beyond, nothing is too much when I ask for my aunt to be seen to. Thanks to all the staff on Walnut.
