My mum has been a resident at Emerson Grange for the last 2 1/2 years. The facilities are pleasant, comfortable and well maintained. But it is the attitude and manner of all staff that sets Emerson Grange apart. I am confident my mum is safe and well cared for. I regularly seeing staff going the extra mile tailoring their approach to met my mum's needs. Thank you.

Staff are always cheerful and welcoming. Care staff are very attentive and have a good relationship with resident. I am always kept well informed. My mum's needs seem well catered for.

Since moving into to Emerson's back in March this year my mum has called and reffered to it as her "happy place". The staff are first class the facilities are second to none and the residents always have a happy smile on thier faces. We couldn't of wished for a better place for our mum.

It's like walking into a 5 star hotel!! Every member of staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Facilities are second to none. My mother-in-law calls it her "happy place".

I have lived here as an apartment owner for about 3 and a 1/2 years. It was the best thing that I have ever done and do not regret moving here.The apartment is outstanding and the decor of the rest of the building is like living in a 5 start hotel. The management and staff are fantastic very helpful and professional at all times and make living here a joy. The food is outstanding with wonderful chefs and auxiliary staff. There is so much to do here with quizzes, suppers and trips out arranged by our very efficient Apartment Services Coordinators. This is place when I hope to live for many years and would certainly recommend it to my family and friends. Well done Emerson Grange keep the good work up your are the best.

The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is that of a smart hotel with friendly staff its a wonderful first impression. The facilities are the best I have seen and we did visit a lot before we chose Emerson. All the areas are light and airy and spotlessly clean. My mother in law is often out on trips or arranged activities and leads a very active stay Emerson. It really has made all the different to all our lives.

This is our third "Quiz Night", which was filled with a lot of laughter, the residents had fun, and we were catered for throughout the evening by staff members. The host enjoys spending his evening filling the home with joy, a great night!

Care for my uncle has always been excellent.

The team here have been very supportive to my father and myself dad arrived in Sept 2023 after losing his wife he had been very poorly and in hospital. The care and routine dad has received has enabled him to regain strength and be able to go home.

I made the decision to put my mother-in-law in this home and so far it was the best decision we as a family have made. The facilities are excellent and the staff very caring.

All the staff are fantastic, friendly and welcoming. The activities team arrange some wonderful trips and sessions. There is a real feeling of family when you come here, and everyone looks after and my grandma really well. She is so much happier than when she lived on her own - so thank you.

My mother-in-law was very anxious about living at a home. Emerson Grange has been wonderful for her. She is eating well, participating in the activities and embracing her time here. The cares and all the staff are lovely. This has been the best for her.

My mother has been a resident at Emerson Grange for over 18 months. All the staff are excellent, caring, friendly and approachable. Mum is cared for very well. Excellent activities programme and varied in content. Management are on hand to answer any concerns we may have. No concerns at the moment.

Our friend recently moved to Emerson's, and it's been amazing being able to see her on social media. We joined them for a quiz night, and the staff were attentive, the drinks and food were delicious, and it was a great night. The events held for residents are well thought out, relevant and fun. The staff clearly enjoy working at Emerson's.

Emerson is very special palace. It has such a lovely feeling about it, friendly always! The staff from the top management down are amazing. There is always something happening. I do think they go above and beyond to provide a real home from home! Highly recommended!
