We came to the Halloween quiz evening on 4/11/25. The atmosphere was happy, and a fun time was had. Very friendly. The staff were so friendly and kept us supplied with platters and drinks. Nothing was too much trouble. Above all, it was such a lovely, fun and happy time. Very enjoyable.

Was here with nan and the family for the Halloween quiz night. Food was incredible. The staff was outstanding. All round great time for me and the family. Nan loved it.

Came to the Halloween quiz night, it was an amazing evening filled with lots of laughter and care. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the evening and made everyone feel welcome and at ease. Would happily come again. Such a fantastic team who are amazing at their job.

The staff are absolutely amazing, so kind and caring. The manager really takes care of every detail, and nothing is too much trouble. The food is superb - what a great atmosphere. Calm and attentive, love it!

Since moving to Emerson's back in March this year my mum has transitioned from a wheelchair onto a walker. This enormous life change is testament to the dedication of not only the care staff but also the events team. As a family, we couldn't be any happier of our mums decision to move into Emersons, she likens it to "coming home".

Everyone is very friendly, and staff go above and beyond to ensure the best quality of care. Always has a variety of food. Plenty of activities on offer.

My friend's mother became a respite resident initially before coming a permanent resident. The home is a warm and caring environment. The staff are attentive and always ready to help with any concerns or queries. The rooms are spotless, and the food is first class. There are lots of activities to join, including quiz nights and weekly exercise classes. I would highly recommend Emerson Grange if you are considering a care home.

Attended the Halloween quiz at Emerson Grange. Fantastic and friendly atmosphere, amazing food/nibbles. Hosts/staff were attentive, welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond. Fantastic evening.

We came for the Halloween quiz night, to spend the evening with family and to see Maurine. We had lots of laughs and had overall, a great evening. The staff were exceptional and very caring. The food given out to us was very lovely.

A close family friend needed emergency respite and Emerson Grange were able to accommodate. The facilities are second to none and cannot praise their team enough for all that they've done in such a short time. Thank you!

I have been treated with the utmost dignity and care by all the staff. Food is excellent with very good choice and variety. Room is very pleasant. The night staff are very caring and aware that I need the commode frequently, I feel very much part of this 'family' even though I am only here for respite care.

Care and support at a high standard from management, reception and most of all those who are giving excellent personal care and assistance. All areas and meals are of a high standard by excellent house keeping staff. Thank you everyone. #Communication has been excellent on all levels

My mum has been a resident at Emerson Grange for the last 2 1/2 years. The facilities are pleasant, comfortable and well maintained. But it is the attitude and manner of all staff that sets Emerson Grange apart. I am confident my mum is safe and well cared for. I regularly seeing staff going the extra mile tailoring their approach to met my mum's needs. Thank you.
