Both our parents are residents of Emerson Grange. They have been here for 3+ years. Throughout their past and continued stay, they have received outstanding care, compassion and have been treated well. I always live with the comfort that my parents are safe and well cared for. I visit my parents
regularly and feel that I am also part of the Emerson family. All staff members know their residents really well and provide comforting, good care.

I couldn't be more happy that my Dad is at Emerson Grange. He was previously being cared for at home by an agency. Since arrival, his mood, mobility and health have shown a massive improvement. To have memories of my dad happy, smiling, getting involved in activities for the first time in probably
18 months is special.

This is a really lovely home. Das has improved 100% since he's been here, he's eating well, talking to the staff and residents. The staff are great, really attentive and ready to help when dad needs it.
Everyone at the home is friendly and helpful. It's really nice to see Dad so happy when we come
to see him.

My mother lived at Emerson Grange for over 3 years, and it made a significant difference to her life. Whilst at home, she became scared and lost confidence due to her dementia. Once she settled into Emerson Grange, I got my old mum back. She made friends, and her personality returned. A lovely home
with caring staff.

Both parents have been at Emerson 3+ years. During this time the level of care has been and continues to be outstanding. As daughters, we are very much involved in decisions for our parents and kept up to date on everything. All staff are very engaging with our parents and very friendly. I would
have no issue recommending Emerson to anyone looking for a care home.

My cousin sadly only spent just over a week at the care home at the end of his life. I and the family were so impressed with every aspect of the care he received, but more importantly my cousin enjoyed every minute of his last few days of life. He loved the accommodation and all the staff that went
the extra mile to help him. Even his many visitors were treated with compassion and friendly help from all the staff at the home. It was a great pleasure for his family and friends to see my cousin having the very best care possible right up to the end of his life.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Emerson Grange Care Home who showed my father such care, kindness and attention during his stay. We are eternally grateful to the wonderful, hard working staff and the exemplary facilities on offer. The care home is of the highest quality, with truly
five-star standards throughout.
I would recommend Emerson Grange above all others in the area. The staff and the quality of care and services are outstanding, and they truly cannot do enough to ensure residents are happy, cared for and well looked after.
The care is outstanding and my father's room was like a home from home.

We came to the Halloween quiz evening on 4/11/25. The atmosphere was happy, and a fun time was had. Very friendly. The staff were so friendly and kept us supplied with platters and drinks. Nothing was too much trouble. Above all, it was such a lovely, fun and happy time. Very enjoyable.

Was here with nan and the family for the Halloween quiz night. Food was incredible. The staff was outstanding. All round great time for me and the family. Nan loved it.

Came to the Halloween quiz night, it was an amazing evening filled with lots of laughter and care. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the evening and made everyone feel welcome and at ease.
Would happily come again. Such a fantastic team who are amazing at their job.

The staff are absolutely amazing, so kind and caring. The manager really takes care of every detail, and nothing is too much trouble.
The food is superb - what a great atmosphere.
