Every member of staff we came into contact with at Greenview Hall was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly, supportive, and kind from the very beginning.
During my nan's last weeks of her life, the team cared for her as though she was a member of their own family. They treated her with such
dignity, compassion, and respect, and made an incredibly difficult time so much easier for all of us.
I will forever be grateful to them for the love and care they showed her. Thank you to everyone at Greenview Hall for everything you did.

What a lovely care home all of the staff are so friendly and caring, rooms are kept spotlessly clean, laundry is washed ironed and put back into the rooms, dining rooms all laid out and lovely food served to the residents the staff help anyone that needs help, if your bed bound they ask you what you
would like and bring it to you and help you eat it if needed, down stairs coffee, cold drinks, cakes, pastry's and a lovely bowl of fresh fruit which you can help yourself to. Mums stay wasn't very long as she sadly passed away but while she was there she was very well cared for.

Greenview Hall is an absolutely wonderful care home. I cannot stress enough how exceptional a care home it is. It's a real home from home. We felt very welcomed when we visited the care home, & knew at the end of visiting several other homes during that day, that this home was where we wanted
our Mum to live. ALL the staff are amazing, so welcoming, friendly, considerate & kind. The care home is kept to an excellent standard, all areas are clean & spotless, & the room's & en-suite bathrooms are very spacious. There are plenty of activities to keep residents happy & the food menu is varied & of a very high standard.

Very impressed with the very high level of care given to the residents in the carehome very friendly staff and very helpful .
The carehome is very clean and welcoming to visitors one of the nicest carehomes in Surrey me and my friend visit a resident at the home and are very impressed at
how well it is run up to other care homes first class .

The home is very family oriented. They have some excellent staff with some going that extra mile. The home is clean and the receptionists welcoming to all visitors. An area for improvement would be communication.
But all in all a recommended home if you need a family feel for your loved ones.

Although our Mother has only been at Greenview just over 2 weeks we can already rest assured that she is being wonderfully cared for. The staff are treated right by the management which in turn makes the staff effective and happy in their work. So far anything we have raised/asked for has happened
almost immediately. I believe due to all of the staff being trained and monitored on their tasks that this is the reason for the high standard of care at Greenview. We are truly grateful for finding Greenview Hall which has already helped our Mother so much and we look forward to them hopefully being able to progress her further.

From the moment our family walked through the doors of Greenview Hall, we knew our grandmother was in the right place. It's difficult to put into words the peace of mind and comfort we've felt since she moved in, but it all comes down
to one simple truth: the people who work here genuinely care.
The kindness of the staff shines through in everything they do. Whether it's a gentle conversation, a warm smile, or taking the extra time to make sure she feels heard and valued, their compassion is evident every single day. They treat her not just as a resident, but as part of a big, extended family - and that means the world to us.
The activities offered are another standout. There is such a thoughtful variety - from music and crafts to games, gentle exercise, and even outings - that there's truly something for everyone. It's been such a joy to see our grandmother re-engaging with hobbies she loved and even trying new things.

My mother has been at Greenview Hall for nearly a year now and we have had a wonderful experience. The staff are all amazing so friendly and caring. From the moment you enter the building it is a caring experience. My mother has benefited from all the activities, great food and loving care and
attention. She is safe and happy.

We moved my mum to this care home from another just over a week ago. The difference is incredible and we have total peace of mind knowing and seeing how well she is cared for and looked after. Right from our initial enquiry we were pleased with the responses and care taken getting to know my mums
needs.
Moving in was seamless with so much attention paid to welcoming mum ( her favourite coloured flowers in her room), discussing all her medical needs and even private dining lunch for us.
Every time we visit we are greeted by everybody we see and the warmth of the home is palpable, it feels like everyone wants to be there.
Finding the right care home has been a difficult process for us and they are not all the same but we are delighted with everything so far and recommend it highly. Thank you to all the lovely staff who have made it possible for me to dare ask my mum if she is happy, and for her to answer yes!

Dad has been at Greenview for nearly six months. He has Alzheimer's and is on their memory ward. It was a difficult decision moving dad but I now know he is being looked after. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming. The nursing staff are very attentive and caring and have lots of patience with
dad. They also have time to chat to me when I have questions or concerns. His room is lovely as are all the facilities at Greenview and I'm glad we chose it for dad.

My overall impression of Greenview Hall is that it is a very well run place where residents are treated well and live here very happily. Certainly our friend who is a resident has improved her health since she started living here

A lovely home with staff that will do all they can to assist the residents.
From the reception staff to the kitchen assistants and everyone in between they all have a welcoming smile and a cheery hello to visitors as well as residents.

Mum and dad are now living at Greenview
Mum is in her safe place as a bad dementia sufferer with fabulous consistent carers which is critical for her well-being
Dad is frail but has total capacity and is settling and enjoying many of the activities
The staff couldn't be more caring and helpful
Nothing is too much of a bother it seems and communication is good .

Friendly welcome from staff, lovely atmosphere and most importantly our friend seemed happy and content with her accommodation and care. The communal area for meeting friends family is cleam airy and comfortable.

Fantastic experience, my mum is the longest serving resident of Greenview Hall. The staff are absolutely amazing and the care in 10 out of 10 could not wish for a better place for my mum to be, the staff always make me feel welcome and accommodating.

All care staff know the residents and call them by their names. They treat the residents with love and dignity. The entertainment is outstanding. I feel very welcome every day I call to see Mum. Mum is very happy. She is always saying how good the food is and I can agree from the magnificent Indian
themed spread today and the 7th year party Greek food a couple of weeks ago.
