All the staff are excellent and show my mum so much care and love. She recently had a fall and needs extra care they have all been great with her, in her time of extra care.

What a wonderful place. The staff and management give such a warm welcome to residents and their families. Beautiful home and services provided give such reassurance to the families. So glad we chose Tranby Park and 100% would recommend.

Today was a big day for my 91 year old mum moving into care after living alone for more than 30 years. She was both excited and nervous but is now settled in and happy. The experience for my wife and I has been outstanding; the staff, without exeption, have been superb. Every one has gone out of
their way to welcome Mum and make her feel at home in her new home. What an outstanding experience. Thank you all!

I visit a friend (ex neighbour) about once a week. The settled in very quickly and praises the staff, food and support. He has privacy which he appreciates and is very happy. The staff are always helpful and make us welcome when we visit. I would recommend Tranby Park to anyone. As a retired nurses
I would be happy to receive such care.

Although naturally it took mum some time to settle - she always speaks highly of the staff and her enviroment and says she knows she could not be in a better place.
All her medical needs are well observed - and if there is any concern I am always contacted.
The monitoring is exceptional - which on
my frequent visits - I often see.
The family know she is happy and content - and that's what we wanted to achieve.

I have the utmost respect for the staff. Their patience and good humour is what my mum loves. She enjoys activities, food and the company. This is the best decision we ever made and are confident she is in the best hands.

When our mum recently moved to Tranby Park the friendly and supportive staff made her transition to care home living as smooth as possible and the level of care is outstanding.
There's loads of activities and entertainment for residents and the home posts photos online, which is brilliant for
relatives who don't live locally - it's great to see mum having a laugh with her new friends and joining in all the fun!
We've been impressed with how clean and well-kept everything is and all the facilities available, including a little shop, beauty salon, bar, several lounges, garden, rooftop terrace and even a small cinema.
The food is top quality and family & friends are welcome to eat there too. We really enjoyed the 3 course Mother's Day meal with mum on a recent visit.
In conclusion we can say that Tranby Park has exceeded our expectations at every turn and we would absolutely recommend it without hesitation.
We are very grateful to the amazing staff for looking after mum so well :o)

Both my parents are currently living in this home, on different floors. I am very pleased with the care given to them both. Without exception, all members of staff work very hard to ensure they are looked after really well. I have been kept informed when there has been illness or any other issues.
The home is always very clean. It reminds me of a five-star hotel. During the time my parents have been living at Tranby Park I have recommended it to several friends. Their loved ones now reside in the care home.

Extremely caring members of the team, who all went above and beyond to ensure that the last few weeks of my mother's life were happy and comfortable. Tranby Park is a very nice care home with excellent facilities and very good staff.

All the staff are very friendly and supportive. The home is very clean and feels welcoming and warm. There are plenty of nice spaces to spend time in outside of the bedrooms.

All the staff at Tranby have been wonderful. They have cared for my mum with patience, compassion, unconditional love and kindness. Nothing in life is perfect all the time but everyone does the very best they can and I cannot thank them all enough.

I felt immense relief when I first viewed Tranby Park with my mum when she made the decision to move into a care home. Having visited many places, Tranby Park stands out for its beautiful, spacious and clean rooms and facilities. There are lovely grounds and a friendly and welcoming team. In recent
months, the range of frequency of activities has grown considerably so there is something on most days. Mum feels secure and well-cared for.

Mum stayed at Tranby Park for respite care following a number of weeks in hospital due to a serious emergency health condition. When Mum arrived she was really very poorly but her turnaround during her time at Tranby Park was remarkable. Within a number of days, she had already made real progress
and was improving rapidly. A few weeks later she was well enough to return home, with some home help support.
I, Mum, and all her family have nothing, but praise for the Tranby Park facility and the wonderful care staff. Mum has always said she would never want to go into a care home but by the time she returned home she said she now knows she would like to go to Tranby Park if it gets to a time when she doesn't feel able to look after herself at home.
Thanks again to everyone for the amazing service and lovely, friendly care.

It has been nearly two years since Mum became a resident. In that time, she has received the very best care in tranquil surroundings. I could not have asked for anything better, and I am so glad we chose Tranby Park.
All the staff are caring and attentive and keep you informed about the welfare of

Mum stayed at Tranby Park for 3 weeks respite, it was lovely to see her joining in and having such a great social group around her.
She really enjoyed her stay and it was a real relief to know she was in such good hands.
