My best friend is in buddleia house care home It is a lovely place in there it's spotless clean the oweners and the staff go above and behond to look after my friend and all the other residents they are always bussy doing activittie with them and the food always looks delicious overall I will give
then 10 out of 10.

My mum has been a resident at Buddleia House for over 3 years. She suffers from severe dementia. We are very happy with the levels of care offered. The staff are outstanding and very caring and we feel my mum is very well looked after. The activities that the care home put on are of special note.
There is always something going off to entertain residents and the place is regularly decorated celebrating different nations and cultures and annual events like halloween etc. The amount of effort that goes in to these things is excellent and particularly Christmas day when the decorations and table settings are exceptional.

5 Stars , A wonderful care home. Management and staff outstanding. My brother has been at Buddlia house care home for a couple of years now.. I am always made to feel welcome and offered a cup of tea.
There are lots of activities to keep the residents busy and happy, I feel lucky to have come
across such a caring and helpful home.Alisha, Mary, and the team should be proud of the care that they give, always willing to go that extra mile.

I cannot speak highly enough about Buddleia care home All the cares really do care lots of entertainment and activities to do . Food looks really good and the cakes there make too .this is a fantastic place for my mum . thank you

First class establishment !! My father has been in there just over 2 years. I can not fault the care he has received. I honestly believe that it is more then a job for the people who work there, and they enjoy what they are doing - the staff are an absolute credit to this care home. When a
loved one goes into care - all you want for them is to be safe , looked after etc and this home does that in abundance. I can not reccomemd it enough!.

I cannot speak highly enough of Buddleia House and the entire team. From the moment you walk in, it's clear that everyone is treated with genuine care, dignity and respect. The home is spotlessly clean, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and every member of staff is friendly, compassionate and
always willing to help; nothing is ever too much trouble.
Although my Dad has now moved on to another facility due to his advancing needs, the support I received from the team during this transition was truly exceptional. They helped me find a more suitable placement and even accompanied him on moving day to ensure he arrived safely, comforted by familiar, friendly faces. This level of kindness and dedication goes far beyond expectation. It's a truly special place that will hold a place in my heart.
I will always be grateful for the care given to my Dad throughout his stay.

Sadly after being a resident in Buddleia House for nearly 4 years my Aunt passed away in August 2025. During the 4 year period she considered Buddleia to be her "home". All through her residency she received excellent care. During her short illness before passing the staff went above and beyond in
their care towards her. I will not forget that and I thank them for it.

The home is wonderful, the carers really do care my mother is very well looked after and the meals all look great with cakes & drinks aplenty. - It's like a hotel. - Lauretta.

We have always been so happy with the excellent care our mum receives.
The staff knowing mum & us knowing the staff is so important.
We would have been worried about the loss of Rachel but are so reassured by the excellent appointments of Alisha, Mary and Tammy.

Buddleia House is a lovely comfortable and relaxed care home. The staff are friendly and kind. There is always something going on - activities or entertainment.

As my mothers nominated next of kin I have a great working relationship with both staff and management, Mam is disabled and has dementia and all her needs are taken care of.
Lines of communication are excelant which is very important for me and my brother and although it's not easy we feel like we
are all one big family.

I would like to submit a review of Buddleia House to acknowledge the excellent care being given to our Mother, she is an amputee who's wheelchair bound, she has also been diagnosed with vascular demetia. All her needs are met by staff, we as a family are particulary pleased with the activities and
entertainment provided by the home. My Mother is a person who has struggled with depression all of her life, as you can imagine its been harder for her in her present circumstances, the love and care she recieves has been outstanding.

You gave my dad the chance to live again and enjoy life - you all listened and respected my dad and us as his family - you always made us feel so welcome and we

My brother moved into the home the beginning of 2025. The level of care at this home is outstanding. The staff are amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble, they are so caring and professional. They made my brother's last few months very happy and I thank them all from the bottom of my heart xx

I cannot praise the staff highly enough for their kindness and compassion for the residents. The place is clean and very homely and I can't think of a better place for my mum.

My mother has now been a resident for just over a year. The staff helped Mum settle very quickly - so much so that at the end of a two-week respite stay, Mum decided she wanted to stay here permanently. In this year, the events that I have seen take place are brilliant, the way that everyone joins
in and takes part is wonderful to see. In terms of care, I have no issues at all, it's obvious that my mum's needs are met daily, the staff will go above and beyond.

Staff are very focused on providing quality care and good experiences to the resident. Care is sympathetic and delivered with empathy and humour where appropriate.
