My Mum arrived at the Belmont initially for respite care in February after 6 weeks she chose to stay permanently.
The team at the Belmont are so great. The care team are really engaged with the residents & very safety conscious without being overbearing. The activities ladies work really hard
to keep the days interesting with things to do, trips out & lots of socialising. Family & friends are made very welcome by all the staff & greeted by name.
We are so pleased that our Mum has settled and is happy with her new home, it's all as her daughters we could wish for.

My Father attended Belmont Care Home for three weeks respite care whilst my wife and I were away. He experienced excellent care and attention from pleasant, attentive, experienced staff who were prepared to go the extra mile to accommodate the individuals needs of residents.
I would have no
hesitation in recommending a visit here for either respite care or permanent occupation.

We moved my father in law into The Belmont assisted living home, Worcester, in April 2026. Before even making the move, the support, guidance and care we received in preparing was exceptional. We initially chose the Belmont because of its excellent location, friendly and caring staff and wide range
of social activities. Since moving in, my father in law has been well looked after, encouraged to get involved and he very much enjoys the meals. It's been a huge relief knowing he is being cared for in a respectful and friendly environment. I would highly recommend the Belmont to any family seeking the next chapter of care and support for their loved one.

Mum has been a resident at The Belmont for nearly 3 months now. She has settled in pretty well and feels comfortable in her surroundings. Mum has always been a sociable person so she definately benefits from the wide range of activities offered. Mum likes to stay active so her favourite activity is
the Sanders Steppers where she can get out and go for local walks. She also loves to take advantage of the hair salon and visits weekly. Her room is spacious and the furnishings are lovely which continue throughout the corridors and lounges.
The home itself is like a five star hotel, from the moment you enter the foyer area it is clean, warm and welcoming. All the staff are extremely friendly, caring and all address mum by her name which as her daughter its very reassuring to see how much they care and love their work.
I would like to thank everyone for helping make The Belmont mums new home.

My mum has stayed at The Belmont for respite care on a number of occasions and each time we have been impressed by the warmth of the team. The staff are kind, taking the time to get to know residents as individuals and mum always feels comfortable and well looked after.
The bedrooms are spacious
and well-equipped, complemented by beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean communal areas.
It's never easy placing a loved one into someone else's care, but communication with our family has always been excellent, giving us peace of mind whilst we are away.

My Mum is overall very happy at the Belmont and is well cared for by the excellent staff. Mum enjoys being made a fuss of and many of the staff show a genuine love and interest in all of the residents. The hugs and kisses really do make such a difference. The fun activities, led by two great leaders,
are really important to Mum and she takes part as best she can. She enjoys the trips out and the visitors who come to entertain everyone. The food is excellent, the menu is varied and well balanced, and all of the staff involved in the dining hall experience go out of their way to make Mum feel special. The Belmont is a beautiful care home and is always spotlessly clean thanks to the dedication of the cleaners. The 'medical team' make sure Mum gets all she needs at the right times and the care workers help her to feel loved and cared for.
As a son I feel part of the 'Belmont family'. I'm relaxed to discuss any issues of concerns with the managers and know someone will listen.

The Belmont came to our aid when we needed urgent respite care for my father, who'd had a series of falls in a short space of time. They'd left him so unwell we had little time to compare other care homes, but we're sure we couldn't have done better if we had. The Belmont looks like an
immaculately-maintained hotel, but it feels like a welcoming home where the staff are kind, professional and look after the residents with real dedication. Under their care, my father has started to regain his health and has now become a permanent resident. He says he feels safe again there, which is so reassuring for him and for us to hear.
There is a wide-ranging list of activities on offer at the home. My father is quietly adjusting to this new way of life and is hard of hearing, so has not yet taken part in any (apart from the hairdressers!). We hope he may do so in time, but while the staff always invite him it's nice that there's no pressure to do so. We'd definitely recommend The Belmont to all.

5 star all the way ! My Uncle enjoyed respite at the Belmont at Christmas and decided when he went home that he would like to go there on a permanent basis. He went back on 19th January this year and the change in him is remarkable in such a short space of time. He had not been coping very well
after my Auntie died and because I live about 2 1/2 hours away, it was a big worry to me. He is enjoying the food, the activities, the wonderful surroundings and most of all care and kindness and professionalism from all of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. He is starting to make friends there too. I am so grateful that we found the Belmont and my uncle has had the opportunity to enjoy a new life there. It is a big relief for me to know that he is safe, happy and well cared for.

My mother has been in The Belmont several times, for respite.
The home is beautiful and the atmosphere is wonderful. The staff are so friendly, addressing my mother by name, even when she hasn't been there for several months. She looks forward to going there, and after a short while, her mood
improves and she is mentally brighter. She enjoys the activities too.
The home is like entering a 5* hotel, but has so much friendliness, warmth and care. It's always spotless and the food is excellent.
Thank you for looking after mum, so i can have a real break.

My mother has improved in general health and wellbeing whilst being at The Belmont which I think may be due to excellent food and a suitable regime of meal times etc.
The Belmont is very clean and the other residents seem content and well looked after.
Although my mother was reluctant to take
part, there are a range of activities with something on every day.
I personally feel that the televisions should be on the ground level instead of being wall-hung, but I suppose that is for safety reasons.
The staff are all very friendly, approachable and seem to really enjoy looking after the residents.
I would have no hesitation in recommending The Belmont to anyone.

I would like to thank staff at The Belmont Worcester for the exceptional care my Father has received since since coming to the home on 9th January 2026.
His discharge from hospital was a little sooner than we anticipated, but everyone at the Belmont stepped up immediately to get everything ready for
his arrival. The Manager took time to speak to my father whilst he was in hospital which was very reassuring for him. The facilities are great and everyone we have met from reception to the carers and managers on his floor have been welcoming, polite and courteous.
He now enjoys getting involved with the numerous activities that are arranged throughout the week. Food is excellent and there is always someone there in minutes if he needs anything.
My father began to show strong signs of recovery within days, following his stay in hospital. We are very pleased that he is safe and comfortable in his new surroundings, under the care of the team at the Belmont.

Mum has been a resident for 3 years, she is happy and loves the staff who are kind and respectful and care for all her needs. What we like is every staff member acknowledges mum and us. The residents are always encouraged to take part in activities and the variety keeps the residents physically and
mentally active. Would definitely recommend the Belmont to care for your relatives

The Belmont care home is wonderful. Beautiful surroundings - it could be a 5-star hotel! Excellent staff who are always so nice, helpful and caring to mum and the family. Mum really enjoys the food (+ she wouldn't say that lightly!) + all the fantastic activities that are organised just about every
day. Every thought has gone into making the transition into 'care' as pleasant as possible + the worry about mum not being safe + looked after well is now gone. Thank you.

My Mother in Law has been at The Belmont for nearly 2 years and sadly passed away on Wednesday. The family can't thank the carers enough for their care, time and love shown to her and the family in the final few days of her life. The home from the start has been one that as a family we are delighted
she stayed in where she enjoyed making new friends and not being lonely as she could be at home. The Belmont will always give us positive memories when we think of her last few years.Thank You

There are no words to express how fantastic the staff are at this wonderful care home. From the first enquiry right through to my mum moving in they have been professional, understanding, caring and have gone above and beyond answering queries and explaining the whole process. The facilities are
also absolutely amazing and the whole place is spotlessly clean and welcoming. I cannot wait to watch my mum in her new forever home with these lovely people looking after her.

I can honestly say that the staff at The Belmont make all the difference. They are unfailingly happy, professional and a joy to be around. I have no doubt that my father receives an amazingly high level of care and love

My mum became a full time resident at The Belmont in May 2024 having previously been a short term resident for respite care. Mum settled in well and made a number of friends, where possible she took part in activities at the home. She was always complimentary about the level of care, the
friendliness of the staff and the good standard of food provided. In April she was admitted to hospital with breathing difficulties. After 3 weeks she was discharged back to The Belmont for palliative care. Although The Belmont is a care home they were happy to have her back and arranged for oxygen and community nurses. They went above and beyond our expectations. Mum had any food and drink that she wanted at any time ,day or night. It was her request that she was sat in her recliner chair and they ensured that this happened on a daily basis. Her final days were peaceful, pain free and the care and compassion shown by all staff was beyond expectation.
