Mum has been at Launton Grange for well over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the care and support she receives. All the staff are friendly and genuinely caring, always happy to help with any questions or needs we might have, and as her daughter I'm welcomed in as part of the Launton
Grange family, which is lovely. Medical issues are spotted and dealt with quickly. Mum is free to join in with the daily activities as she wishes, but is never forced. The food is good, and mum has put on weight since she was living on her own, which is a really positive indication of her well-being. In general, mum seems settled and happier in herself since moving in.

My mother has been in Launton Grange since August 2025 and has been cared for with great kindness and consideration by all of the staff. Food is good with great variety and nothing is too much trouble.
We had Christmas lunch this year which was really good and my mother loved it!
It is very hard
to think how it could be improved a very caring, honest home.

Launton Grange provided a perfect setting for my mother's 100th birthday party. They had beautifully decorated the room for us and put on a good buffet lunch. The smiling staff kept popping in during the party to make sure we had everything we needed. And the cake was brilliant! Our family
thoroughly enjoyed the event.
The staff are wonderful caring people with always a welcoming smile. We're all very impressed and happy with the way my mother is cared for.
Inside the building there is a lovely feel to the place - nicely decorated and laid out. Extra decorations on special occasions e.g Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day. No nasty smells!

The home is excellent. All staff are friendly caring and professional in every way. Comfortable and homely surroundings which lends itself to a Care Home which prides itself on looking after it's residents as their Home.

My dad has been at Launton Grange now for 2 months after being ill in hospital for 5 weeks. They have been very good attending to all his needs. All the staff have made him feel welcome and he is very settled and content. Couldn't have asked for more for my dad.

We moved our 92 year old Uncle into Launton Grange 6 months ago when he could no longer cope at home. Unfortunately he's a very reluctant resident and won't leave his room and mix with others. The staff are all really welcoming and friendly and always pop their heads in to make sure he's OK & to
have a little chat. He's well looked after, and despite his years he has managed to put on half a stone in weight - testament to being settled & eating well in there. There are different daily activities planned, it's a shame that he won't join in, but the other residents look like they are always having fun.
Launton Grange is a nice, modern, clean care home; they say first impressions count & this one made a good first impression on us.

My mum (who is now 99) has lived at Launton Grange for almost 2 years and the care she receives every single day is exemplary. It was a hard decision for her to leave her own home and we could not have chosen a better place for her to live.
The care and respect shown to her and all of the
residents is second to none and there is nothing that is too much trouble. Every member of the team is fabulous, from the lovely Annie (front of house manager), to the management team, seniors, care staff, housekeeping and kitchen staff (and Robin, Mr Fixit).
My brother and I are so very grateful for all that they do to support and care for our mum.
Huge thank you from us

I have recently spent two weeks respite care at Launton Grange. Without exception the staff were helpful and efficient, the food was good, afternoon tea/ coffee with freshly baked cake was much appreciated, and there was a variety of daily activities. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming
and I would "sing its praises".

The whole experience from initial enquiry, viewing the home and answering any questions we had was fantastic. All the staff were so caring and supportive. There was lots of communication and information about activities and in house facilities.

It has been two months since Mum moved into Launton Grange. As for all new residents, this involved a significant change of lifestyle, but we feel the move was handled carefully and sensitively by the Staff. Mum was warmly welcomed from the outset by Staff and residents alike, which has helped her
settle in, make new friends and adapt to her new daily routines. We are particularly impressed by the range of daily activities and special events that are now enriching Mum's life, and photos of her celebrating the recent Women's football win with other residents were a real pleasure to see.

Everything at Launton Grange is designed to make the residents as comfortable and as happy as possible. Realistically nobody wants to be a Care Home resident but the team at Launton Grange make tremendous efforts to take this feeling away. They are always cheerful, patient and caring. The
environment is delightful and the quality of the catering is praised by all. Well done Launton Grange!

My mother has been a resident for the last 15 months. The staff are very caring and meet all her needs. It has been a difficult time with my mother having mobility issues and dementia. As her health declines, Launton Granges meet the challenges to give her quality of life. Thank you from all her
family.

My mum was a resident at Launton Grange for 2 and a half years. During this time, she received some wonderful care but also care below standard with a high turnover of care staff and management. The facilities are good but some, such as the gardens, are poorly maintained. Activities varied. They
have a fantastic programme of musicians who come in, but otherwise, it was a bit hit or miss, again suffering from staff turnover. What really lets Launton Grange down, however, is its communication. Despite only being able to cope with low-dependency care needs, we were not kept informed of my mum's changing care needs and the need to seek greater nursing care elsewhere, even though the decline in her health was steady over a long period. Instead, she was left to languish in the hospital for weeks before being informed she could not return and we would have to find an alternative home at the 11th hour. Luckily for us, it led us to a truly wonderful care home, but the situation was needlessly upsetting and distressing.

I am really impressed by all of the staff who helped Dad to settle in at Launton Grange. They listened to his requests and needs and very patiently dealt with them. The staff constantly encourages residents to take part or maybe just listen to the entertainment they provide on a regular basis.

I have been here for over two years - I enjoy being here - safe and well cared for. Wish we were kept up to date with day to day goings on!

Since my mother has been a resident of Launton Grange, she has been very well looked after. Dementia has regretfully made it necessary for her to have full-time support and despite her extreme reluctance to be in residential care which she has made obvious. The staff have been exceptionally kind and
patient to both my mother and myself.
I would definitely recommend Launton Grange to any future resident.

My mother-in-law has been at Launton for over two years and is very happy there.
The management and care team have built a fantastic relationship with her and she feels very happy and well looked after. We travel for long periods and can happily leave her in the team's care safe in the knowledge
that she is well looked after whilst we are away.
The chef and her kitchen team are creating excellent food and my mother-in-law enjoys both her lunchtimes in the dining room and meals in her room when she's feeling less social.
We are very happy we chose Launton Grange to provide a safe and happy environment for my mother-in-law's long term care.

A really wonderful place. All the staff are so kind and caring, and the residents are so nice to each other as well. The food is good, and the standard of cleanliness is outstanding. It's a hard decision to leave a parent in the care of others when you live as far away as I do, but I am absolutely
sure that our dear mother is happy and well cared for at Launton Grange. A huge thank you to all the lovely staff.

Leaving a 'loved one' in the care of others is a monumental decision but we as a family have found the experience so positive and seamless. There is a wonderful caring atmosphere shown by all the members of staff and Launton Grange goes above and beyond to help their residents settle in and adapt to
their new environment. Mum is often chatting to the carers and enjoys their company. She joins in with the singing on Tuesdays and enjoys the lovely meals and cups of tea on the go! Everywhere is beautifully presented and clean - rooms very comfortable. It is a well-managed home and can't speak highly enough. Many thanks.
