The home is fantastic, providing excellent care. Very homely and doesn't feel like a care home, more like a hotel. Lovely staff providing excellent care with lots of activities and excellent food. The residents are treated with respect.

My father has been a resident of Jubilee House since the care home opened in May 2023. He is very happy living here and the staff are very caring. Dad enjoys the entertainment and activities which are well planned. He also enjoys the food very much.

Rod's daughter and I have found the staff at Jubilee House to be very caring, friendly and professional. The facilities are excellent and the care provided first class. I would like to thank everyone who supports Rod in his care needs.

The team at Jubilee House have been amazing to help my mum settle into her new home, Nothing has been too much trouble, and the friendly and lovely team along with the beautiful surroundings have helped mum to feel as at home as possible, and really well cared for. It's always a pleasure to visit,
and be greeted with a warm, friendly welcome. Would recommend.

Jubilee House has been absolutely welcoming to my mom. With excellent services, excellent food and experienced staff. Everything is well documented, precise and professional home manager overlooking all of this. I have no negative comment to provide. Jubilee house serves all stars and highest

We spent a lovely Christmas at Jubilee House, all inclusive Christmas Meal with everyone in our family. Food was lovely and absolutely loving, joyous staff. No complaints.

Jubilee House has a very welcoming environment as soon as you enter. It's definitely something I wanted for my dad as he's a sociable character. The care, support, cleanliness & activities are all thanks to the dedicated & hard working care team here. Going above & beyond for my dad & every time I
visit. Management is key & Jubilee does it right. My dad is at ease, which makes me at ease.

Visited here during the Christmas period and it was beautifully decorated!! I had a 5 star meal with my grandad, all inclusive as well which was a nice bonus!! The food was incredible and you can tell the chef and the kitchen staff all worked really hard on it. The staff are always so friendly and
welcoming which makes me feel that Grandad is being taken care of!

I was resident at Jubilee House for a fortnights respite care. From arrival to departure I found all the staff to be extremely friendly, pleasant and attentive. The laundry and facilities were all to a very high standard. It was reassuring that a number of the staff remembered me from my previous
visit from years ago. Should I need respite care in future Jubilee House will certainly be my no 1 choice.

The staff - amazing, from cleaners to caring staff, chef to hospitality, the service is exceptional. Management through to domicilary staff, they actually care, they listen and then do the right thing by ensuring all clients have what they need. Food and drink - amazing. Jubilee House - there should
be hundreds of them, a marvellous.

Everyone at Jubilee House have been incredibly lovely from looking around, settling our relative in and making our relative feel like part of the 'Jubilee' family. The staff are all very caring and I have often asked when I can move in?!? I can't talk highly enough of Jubilee House - they are all
amazing.

With work I visit many care homes and the vast majority are places I would not wish on anyone. Jubilee stands out with the quality of the the place and the quality of the staff. The staff are lovely and many go overboard in supporting my mother. She is very happy here and is not normally an easy
person to please. This is an exceptional place because of the staff and they ensure that the residents are well looked after, and their needs are carefully considered. There is nowhere else I would wish my mother to be.

My dad was one of the first residents at Jubilee House and lived there for the past 2 years. From the very beginning he was made to feel welcome the home and the team went above and beyond with kindness, respect and dignity throughout his stay, and in his final weeks he received the most
compassionate end of life care, knowing he was safe, comfortable and surrounded by such dedicated staff. Warmed the family heart. Also so grateful for looking after me, offering me a room, feeding me so I could be near and care for my dad. Thanks for making his last years good ones. Hand on heart, thank you.

We're so grateful for the professional, warm & heartfelt care that my Nan receives at Jubilee House! She's settled in really well, is much better (physically & mentally) than she's been in a long time, & as a family, we're always given such a warm welcome when visiting!

My mum went in for 2 weeks respite. From the initial call all the way through mums stay the care has been excellent. Every member of staff that I came into contact with was professional, kind and sincere. Special mention to the lady at reception who was very kind. I would not hesitate in
recommending Jubilee House as an excellent care home.
