My mother who has dementia has been a resident at Hillside Court for approx 18 months now. From the very beginning she had a warm welcome and has had exemplary care from all the staff. The home itself is very clean, modern yet homely. I often visit at meal times, which are plentiful and look and
smell delicious. Drinks and snacks are available at all times. Mum can be very difficult but the staff are so patient and kind with her. She is also, weather permitting, taken out on trips or shopping, nothing is too much trouble. It is the first time in 5 years that I, as a family member, have been able to relax knowing that Mum is well looked after.We recently visited when the Xmas party was on and they had a live female singer who got all of us up dancing including Mum, what a wonderful afternoon. My husband worked in a care home and stated that Hillside Court is a huge improvement on where he worked.
