It was a huge decision to move my mum to Carrstone House (CC). I visited unannounced and they showed me round. I loved it instantly and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I explained what my mother's needs were and they said that they could help with every aspect and work with me to produce a
care plan which could be added to in the future.My mum's first words were 'wow' when I took her there. She is happy and has settled in well. Thank you once again . I know my mum is safe and well cared for.

Absolutely faultless. From the moment you are greeted at reception to the minute you leave. Everyone at Carrstone House is very kind and helpful from the cleaners, reception to the carers and seniors. We hve nothing to complain about at all and often recommend Carrstone to our friends who have frail
relatives.

Very friendly, helpful and look after my Great Aunt really well. Also make me feel welcome when I visit, they encourage her to get involved which hates and she has now decided she would like to stay, highly recommend this care home.

My experience of Corrstone House Care Home has been predominately very positive. The care of my father is appropriate for his needs and the staff team relate to him in a positive and respectful way. There is a good sense of humour which he enjoys. Medical attention has been very good with weekly
visits from professional well trained paramedics and swift response to health needs. One concern is with fire safety and evacuation procedure which is not visible. Also no help on Avery Website? Wonder why not?

My mother moved to Carrstone House from another care home and it was a great choice. The staff have been amazing even though her needs have changed considerably over the few months she has been there, they have adapted and care for her so well. Thank you so much to all the team.

Moving into Carrstone House has given my mum a new lease of life. From the moment of her arrival she has been treated with the upmost respect from all members of staff. The home has a great community spirit which gives it a lovely atmosphere. There are lots of activities for mum to join in with and
I think this has made the biggest difference to Mum's life as she is doing things that she hasn't done for years, which has given her purpose to her day. As a relative I have always been made very welcome and any information about my mum is always readily available. Thank you to all the staff for all your hard work.
