After fracturing her hip my sis-in-law required respite care and I am so pleased I chose Lotus Manor. I cannot fault the care and support we have received. In fact they have gone way above the care she needed at the time and has greatly improved and is very happy there.

I have found that everything is outstanding. The care given to the residents is outstanding. When my aunt arrived, the welcome was so warm, the staff couldn't be kinder.
I would recommend Lotus Care Home 100%. The rooms are light and airy.

My mother has been living at Lotus Manor since it opened in September. It has exceeded my expectations on all fronts.
Mum has Dementia, so poor memory and cognitive function, but retains a lively sense of humour and fun.
The staff have done a fantastic job of helping her to settle in and I am
amazed at the number of activities and outings that she participates in. She always seems to be content, and comfortable in her interactions with staff members. This is a huge relief to me.
The social media page is great for relatives who live further away to see how their loved ones are getting on.

My mum is the happiest she has been for a long time. She has had a new lease of life and its so much better for all of the family. I recommend Lotus Manor to anyone looking for a lovely place for their mum/dad to live their final years.

We booked my mother into Lotus Manor Care Home for respite care and with an option for full time care in the future.
The staff have all been amazing and very accomodating to all of our needs and my mothers.
The facilities are lovely and many extras have been thought of, for the residents, it
really is a home from home!

We couldn't have found a more perfect place for mum, the staff go above and beyond to make sure mum is well cared for, she is so happy and content every time we visit, thank you. It's an absolutely beautiful home

Moved to Barchester Lotus Manor Care Home on 13th September since when I have found the staff very helpful and friendly. I am really enjoying the food served in the restaurant especially the variety of fresh vegetables.
I have enjoyed many activities including film shows, games, puzzles, exercises.
Outings including one to Virginia Water.

My Grandy (grandmother) is a resident, I really enjoy visiting! It feels like home. The staff are lovely and well accommodating, coffee and tea is always offered which is fantastic. My Grandy has such a healthy glow after becoming a resident and has starting to show more enthusiasm. My Grandy
believes her new home is excellent and 10 out of 10, she couldn't be happier a far!
