I cannot recommended this home enough! It is beautiful and has a very calm feel To it. The staff are so helpful and lovely and kind. My grandma enjoys the activity and she was buzzing after the pub quiz and movement sessions. The management team is approachable and visible which makes a huge difference!! And the staff look like they are proud to work here. We are so glad we found Collington Park. A huge thank you from All of us!!

The home is very inviting and cosy. The staff go above and beyond to look after the residents and their friends/ family. There are a lot of activities to choose from, too. I had a meal whilst visiting and felt like I was in a top restaurant. The home clean and tidy with a beautiful interior. Best experience and recommendation.

Always greeted on arrival with respect, and always helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for staff, and a pleasant attitude at all times.

It's a new building, very well designed and tastefully decorated throughout and comfortable furniture. Staff are extremely helpful and caring. Very secure building.

My mum has recently moved to Collington Park Lodge for respite care. She has settled in very quickly and is enjoying her stay. All the staff I have met to date have all been very kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble. It does not feel like a care home, it is very relaxed and the facilities are much like a luxury hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this rest home.

A friend is a resident at this care home, and so far, I can't fault it; the care she receives is beyond what I expected. They are caring and friendly. The food, from what I've seen, is amazing, and the choice is excellent. I know she doesn't take part in much, but this could change, hopefully, but it seems as though they encourage residents to join in. The feedback page is a good way to keep in touch overall.

An amazing addition to Bexhill, a warm welcome & all staff attentive, polite & welcoming. Very high end feel, garden room was bright & homely, with all up to date, fully equipped. Saw the weekly activities which was well throughout to suit everyone. Lots of parking & beautiful grounds. The patient I visited was very comfortable & content having her hair & nails done & chosen outfits. Fabulous rooms. I would highly recommend Collington Park Lodge. 5* deluxe, very impressed.

Highly recommend! My dad recently transferred to this care home from another facility, and the entire experience has been outstanding. From the very beginning, the manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition. Their support and dedication far exceeded our expectations, and it was clear that they genuinely cared. Dad was warmly welcomed the moment he arrived, and that warmth has continued every day since. Dad often describes the food as "top notch," and after joining him for lunch myself, I couldn't agree more - the quality was exceptional, even better than many restaurants. The chef truly does an amazing job. Despite being a newer home, the manager has built a fantastic team. After our difficult experience at the previous care home, I was understandably anxious, but now I sleep peacefully knowing that Dad is in safe, caring hands - with people who clearly love what they do. Thank you to everyone for your incredible care and compassion.

As the personal assistant of a resident, I've had the opportunity to observe first-hand the outstanding level of care provided at this home. From the very beginning, the transition from the previous care home was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. Upon arrival, the staff took the time to really get to know my client, which made a big difference in helping her settle in comfortably. Every member of the team we've encountered has been happy, helpful, and genuinely caring - it's incredibly refreshing to see. In just two weeks, my client has already gained weight and looks so much healthier and more content. It's clear that the food is not only nutritious but also very well-prepared - she's enjoying her meals again! The home itself is immaculate, and that high standard of cleanliness reflects the overall quality of care provided. I can't say enough positive things - both the environment and the team have exceeded expectations in every way. Thank you for making such a difference
