Mum's quality of life has improved considerable since becoming a resident of Kingfisher House at the beginning of January. From the first point of contact the manager and her team have been welcoming, attentive, and understanding. Staff have developed very good relationships with mum and treat her
with care and respect. Her every need is met and she gains stimulation through a range of excellent daily activities which take place in a high quality environment. Communication is very effective and any issues arising are dealt with promptly and sensitively.

My grandad has been with the Kingfisher House for roughly a month now and I could not recommend it enough. The staff are all warm and friendly and my grandad is benefiting from the constant interaction. His room and the wider facilities are all fantastic.
