Where can I start??? My Mum became a resident here in April . I was so worried about how she would settle in, I needn't have worried. Every aspect of the home is impeccable. Its clean, tidy, lovely food but the staff make a Care Home. I have had some dealings with Care Homes in the past for
various elderly family members and you will have the odd person who will stand out and care... Not at Taverham Grove they all care from the most Senior postions to the Junior Staff.
They call us by name when we visit , we feel so at home there. We can visit whenever we want, no restrictions. As soon as I walked in there after seeing three others I knew this was the one and I made the right choice.
I have to say a massive thank you to Janine, Layla and Sarah (Mgr) who have gone above and beyond over the last fortnight when Mum has been so poorly.
I cannot recommend this home highly enough. They are all Angels !!

We are so happy with The Grove, all the staff shows so much care and patience, they know what time of day she becomes really agitated and are there to support her through it. If there are any concerns we are contacted and kept informed. She is encouraged to leave her room and join in with the
different activities that are provided, it is lovely to see her participating. She really loves it when children and animals come in for a visit, it puts a smile on her face and lifts her spirits.

My husband has settled in Taverham Grove Care Home very well he is being looked after very well everyone is very kind and caring.

Visited with wife of person and was relieved to see how well he was treated by the staff. His room also looked adequate and comfortable, the rooms were looked after + clean as was the dining room and lounge.

My brother in law moved into Taverham Grove on the day it opened. He settled in immediately. His room is lovely and bright and comfortable. It is spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and caring. I have always felt very welcome whenever I visit. My brother in law looks very relaxed and well.
He has advanced dementia and is provided with wooden 'fiddle' puzzle to keep his mind as calm as possible. I am delighted with his care.

My uncle has settled in so well and we are very happy with the high level of care he receives. He is always pleased to see us. His room is always clean and tidy and all of the staff are very friendly.

The surroundings are beautiful and very comfortable and the dining room is like a 5 star hotel. The chef is presenting delicious choices of food and is very accommodating to barbaras vegetarian diet and small appetite. Nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are very attentive and friendly and
have gone to a lot of trouble to make Barbara feel welcome and at home.
