I am always happy with the love and care shown to my mum by everyone at Hartford Court, but since she fell a couple of weeks ago their care and concern has been truly exceptional. Great effort has gone into making sure Mum is as comfortable and safe as possible and into monitoring her health - thank

My Mam has been in Hartford since late November 2025.
Before she was very much alone other than family visiting. The dementia was causing her to become a recluse due to confusion and getting lost if ventured out. She is a very independent lady.
Since being in Hartford court she has been much
happier, making friends, and doing loads activities, for example it's the care and entertainment employees go above and beyond.
Getting the best out of my Mam. the first time in years I have seen her smiling and joining in the Christmas singing activities. And fun and games that have been carefully organised so that all the residents can join in.

My review is 'very good' because the attention to detail, quality, food, cleanliness and staff commitment allow me to relax in the knowledge that my wife is truly cared for. Well done!

So happy with my mom's care. Not to forget the admissions manager who made it all happen. Staff are all very friendly. From admission, everything has been marvellous.
I have no worries about Mom as I know she is in the best care. It is home from home. Also, since she has been here, she has put on
a stone in weight.

We are content with this home, mam has been here just over 2 years now and she is content and happy, and the staff are very kind and helpful, we have no complaints up to now, plus the activities are very good always something to do for the residents.

Every time we have visited the staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. The resident is always very smartly turned out. The building is always very clean and tidy.

All of the staff at Hartfield Court are incredibly kind and hard working. I have never seen my grandma so happy, she is always smiling and giggling and telling me how the staff are. Her room is always immaculate and she loves the food provided for her.

All staff I have encountered has been so welcoming to myself and the children. The home is always very clean and the residents looked very well looked after. Our sessions together between residents and children are so beneficial to all. The children love the residents and have built a trusting
relationship with the staff.

I visit the care home 4/5 times each week. I feel I need to give very positive feedback following friends visiting my husband for the 1st time. They all commented on the space, light, cleanliness, lovely atmosphere and the attitude of the staff who were incredibly upbeat and helpful. It helped
reinforce my great satisfaction of the care that my husband and my dad receives. The team are great and deserve recognition.

From the first day we have been welcomed by very friendly and caring staff in a very homely atmosphere. The staff cannot do enough to care and make everyone happy and fulfilled. There is a wide range of activities and the food is amazing. Dad is very happy.

I have never been so settled in my own mind about my Dad's safety and security. If I add in the direct access to medical assistance and the fact that he is getting his correct medication on time is amazing.
The carers are also so patient and understanding they are a credit to you

The staff have been fantastic with my mam. Three members of staff in particular look after my mam very well and always ensure her room and my mam are kept clean. I'm always reassured when they are working. Another member of staff did the same but she hasn't been upstairs recently. Many other carers
support with her care also. We are always made to feel welcome when we are in the home. I can't comment on previous management but more recently the home was very approachable.

After nearly 2 years of my mother being at Hartford Court Care Home, I feel she is at home and staff know her really well. We always feel welcome and able to speak with staff about any concerns. Staff also share details of her day and share experiences she has had.

Hartford Court Care Home went above and beyond to support my dad so he could see a football match. There were plenty of photos and videos taken, which I was asked beforehand to do by a staff member who took him. My dad came back full of life and was pleased with the win. I couldn't recommend the
staff anymore than I already do.

On arriving for a visit, residents were in the foyer for a Halloween party. Staff were dressed up for the occasion. The atmosphere was amazing and all were joining in. The entertainment was good and my sister thoroughly enjoyed singing and dancing. A great afternoon was held by all.

The daunting experience of a family member going into care has been greatly alleviated by the kindness and consideration shown to all of us.
On visiting the home we are always greeted cheerfully by any member of staff we encounter.
The accommodation is attractive, light and spacious. Seating
arrangements in the lounges are varied and there is seating at the end of corridors. This enables independence and element of choice for more mobile residents within the confines of the strict security arrangements. We feel an enormous relief because of the exemplary care, respect and kindness shown to all the residents.

Always found the staff very helpful. The home is always clean and mum's room is always kept tidy.
