The care and help for my father-in-law and family to visit are so positive, and nothing is too much trouble to help father-in-law with day-to-day life. An amazing home for your loved ones to be at.

Found staff extremely friendly, helpful and respectful. We have found that the home is always clean and there seems to be always some entertainment on for the residents. If our mother needs any medical attention, this has always been attended to promptly. Our mother seems happy here at Autumn Vale.

Thank you for all the support and care that you gave to my uncle over the last few months. The staff that looked after him were exceptional. We felt very welcomed every time we visited. I would like to say a special thankyou to the way that my uncle was looked after during his end of life by all the
staff especially the nurses.
I will be forever grateful for the nurses that helped us to get through his passing with the dignity and respect they gave to my uncle and to us. The personal touches helped us so much to deal with a sad situation.
I highly recommend this care home for the staff and the way they tirelessly work always with a smile on their faces even when they are so busy they are an asset to this care home.

Great food. The team that worked were excellent. Couldn't fault any of their work - and are so happy and caring. The nurses were lovely, caring and considerate. Cleanliness is quite good - but should use disinfectant that smells nice.

Caring and competent staff. Good engagement with residents. Staff are calm and respectful. Nice atmosphere. Room is nicely aired and very clean. My aunt is very content here.

Mum arrived 15 months ago in a non communicative state, unable to feed herself, dress herself or complete daily functions. Within a few months, this had started to come back due to the care, the sensitivity all the team have shown, along with patience, understanding and a true desire to do the very
best for her. I feel so happy and blessed that she is at Autumn Vale, as she is happy, safe, and cared for in the best possible way. So thank you to everyone.

Husband has now settled in well. Such a lovely, caring place, the staff are so helpful and caring. Lofts of activities and has been on trips out, which he has really enjoyed. Feel he is being well looked after. Am able to ring and speak to his carer on the unit if I have any concerns.

My mother has been placed in Autumn Vale to be care assessed, this has been agreed and extended another 4 weeks. The care mum has received is extremely wonderful. Before mum came here, as a family, we were adamant on getting mum home, but now we are aware the care she needs is more complex. Our
views have changed due to the care mum has received from the home.

Staff are very hardworking. They are caring, kind and very attentive.
We are happy as a family about the care our sister is receiving here at Autumn Vale. Staff are responsive. Management takes time to discuss any worries we have.

Friendly team. The team cares for mum. The room is light and clean. Mum likes the food, and there is plenty of it. The carers are very kind and paint mum's nails.

I am very happy with all the care Geoff receives. I would like to sit in Geoff's room with him to enjoy a quiet time with tea and biscuits, therefore, if there is another lounge chair available to place in his room. He likes to watch rugby, and that is coming up soon.

A very pleasant experience visiting mum.
Staff are very helpful and kind.
The BBQ event was very nice. We outside with mum and listened to the music, whilst eating burgers. Thank you very much.

My mother has been here since June this year, the team have been amazing with her despite her sometimes challenging behaviour, they have made her feel safe and at home. They have gone above and beyond with her ensuring they keep her occupied and busy. Our father, also a resident at the home,
recently passed away all of the staff have been amazing, supporting Mum and us as a family. Mum could not be in a better place with such lovely, caring staff.
