All of the staff marvellous and some go above and beyond. The birthday cakes made by the chef was absolutely scrumptious. All the meals are beautiful especially the vegetables.

In August 2024 Dad had a fall at home and was admitted to hospital where he then developed sepsis however somehow he got through but it was decided due to other health issues that were incurable he was to receive palliative care.
After selecting St Paul's on recommendation he became a resident
there, and straight away within a day or so they had him looking clean and gave him a much wanted shave as Dad always shaved every day.
The excellent care and attention given to Dad bought him and us another 18 months after being told we had 3 months so thank you to the nurses, carers, chefs, cleaners, entertainers and the managers for giving us that.
My family have all said that we are putting down our names to go here if ever we require care.
They made us and Dad feel like a member of a big family.

The security excellent. Always receive a warm and friendly welcome. Care is given with sensitivity and kindness everywhere beautifully clean. Especially the room our dear friend is in!

My father has been here for a month and has been very well looked after, There have been a number of issues to do with settling in and there have been dealt with extremely well. He seems now to be settling in well and is much happier than when he arrived.

Mum has improved in the months he has been here. She is well cared for and the staff are all so lovely and friendly. mum is becoming happier and more settled as time has gone on.

St Pauls Care Centre is a terrific place to call home when you get to your 'final chapter'. The staff are the key that unlocks this for the residents. It is a down to earth. no rubbish care home that has the ability to looks after all the tough cookies that need dignity and respect.

St Pauls Care Centre is a wonderful care home. The staff are amazing my grandfather Mr Manubhai was on the Windsor unit room T12 for his final days. He was treated with such love, care and kindness. Nurse Smita was especially compassionate and supportive. I will always be grateful to all the team at
the care home for ensuring my grandad who passed away on the 19 December passed with dignity and respect. THANK YOU does not feel like enough. Your work and care is so meaningful. I would recommend this care home to all. If my grandad has the words I am sure he'd also be grateful for the care he received.

The staff at St Pauls are wonderful. They are happy and treat the patients really well. They are flexible and react well to any suggestions which may benefit those living there. It is a happy, efficient place and I recommend it to anyone looking for this type of accomdation.

All of the staff are so lovely and friendly at St Paul's. The nurses cared for my nan so well, we always knew she was being looked after, they are very attentive and caring.

I would like to put on record my thanks to all the staff at St Paul's Care Centre for looking after my dear mother with such kindness and care from the time she entered the home until her recent passing - from the expertise and professionalism of the day and night nursing team to the
cleaning/maintenance team, from the carers to the finance/management team - and of course, the delightful receptionist - not forgetting the very friendly and innovative activities team. Thank you for the compassion and dignity you showed Mum, especially at the end. Grateful thanks, and I will always recommend you.

We moved our mother to St Pauls from another local care home, as we had become very dissatisfied with the poor care she was receiving. From day one, the staff at St Pauls have been kind, professional, caring and extremely friendly.
The place is so clean, and our mothers' needs are attended to with
the highest standard. We have been extremely pleased with St Pauls with not one small complaint. We can feel assured that at all times our mother is being cared for, as we would care for her if we could.

Just wanted to say that St Paul's Care Home have been fantastic with the care afforded to our mum, during her time in the home. In particular the staff on the first floor have been exceptional in the support given not just to mum, but the wider family. They have been considerate, respectful,
compassionate, sympathetic and empathetic.
The engagement of the activities team, meant there was always a lot going on, which gave the floor a really good feeling.
The facility is modern, very clean and well thought out. Mum's room was spacious with a nice outlook.
This was a very difficult time for the family, but the care mum and we received could not be faulted.

The compassion, empathy, respect & consideration shown by the team at St Pauls Care Centre to mum & us as mums family was incredible. The team are very experienced & extremely knowledgeable. Although mum was only there a short time, the team were very welcoming & caring. In particular, floor 1 where
mum was. The way in which the team supported both mum and us through an extremely difficult time will never be forgotten! Thank you ALL the floor 1 team!

The end-of-life care my mother received over the last three weeks of her life was exceptional. Every staff member was thoughtful, kind and caring to us as a family as well as to our mother. Whilst under the care of St Pauls Care Centre, my mother received exceptional personal and nursing care.

Mum always received excellent care at St Pauls. The staff were very caring and supportive, especially in her final days. She was always treated with such kindness and respect. Nothing was ever too much trouble. From the receptionists, to the carers to the nursing staff, we couldn't have asked for

My father was a resident on the first floor of the dementia until at St Pauls care centre. All of the care staff, without exception, were fantastic in the care they provided to him throughout his stay. They were also considerate and compassionate to all our family and friends. We are very grateful
to each and every one of them. The reception and management staff also deserve mention as they were helpful and kind. We We would recommend St Pauls unreservedly.

My mum had 13 weeks of outstanding palliative care at St Paul's. From our first look round to mum's final day the palliative team showed exceptional compassion, attentiveness and professionalism which was much appreciated at such a distressing time.
They quickly got to know mum and her individual
needs. They also got to know our wider family making a real effort to understand us and treated us with kindness and warmth throughout. Every staff member-from nurses to support workers all demonstrated a lovely caring manner.
The whole unit was well run and organised. We were always kept in the loop, and the team made time to talk, answer questions, and just be there when we needed them. Nothing ever felt rushed or brushed aside.
Their support helped us get through an incredibly hard time, and we're so thankful for everything they did. St Paul's really went above and beyond - not just for Mum, but for all of us as a family.
