This care home and the associated carers, chefs, cleaners and laundry ladies have ensured that my dad continues to feel happy and loved. Everyone is really attentive and does their best to make sure that he is comfortable, clean, well fed and entertained. He's been here 4 years now and I can say
hand on heart that this care home has helped to keep him here on this earth allowing me to spend more precious and valued time with him. Great job all!

I couldn't praise staff enough for their care/support when Mum was gravely ill. With their determination, Mum slowly pulled round. Roseberry Court staff - very caring, friendly and professional, management very attentive and willing to work through family's suggestions. So many fabulous activities
on offer, from individual and large groups - well done ladies! Catering and laundry - top notch. Thank you Roseberry Court for your care and compassion, and making Mum's home a home.

My Mum has been a resident for just over a week on respite care. From the moment I went to have a look around and then take my Mum we were so impressed. The staff are fabulous! So friendly, approachable and extremely caring. Nothing is too much trouble.. They've treat us both with kindness and
dignity at all times.
Roseberry Court is superb. Both Manager and Deputy Manager are outstanding. They don't just support my Mum , they also support myself.
Mum's room is bright, comfortable and extremely clean. Everything seems to run like clockwork.
Mum said the food is delicious and there's a good choice.
I highly recommend this home. Thanks go to all of the staff.

My mum is in this care home and it's beautiful. The management and care staff are so lovely they go above and beyond for my mum and are very welcoming to all the family. I always recommend this home to anyone that asks on social media

My mum has been ill over a number of months and is currently much better. The home did all they could to help her recover, using care, kindness, expertise and patience. Thank you to all the team for all they did at a difficult time.

The standard of cate and contact are both excellent.
Staff patient and skilled Sophia on floor 3 is particularly friendly and supportive.
The staff support the family as well as the residents.
Admin staff also friendly and helpful.
Smiles help soooo much.

My nana is in this home and I must say this home is fantastic, the staff are brilliant, always smiling and very welcoming. If I have a query I can go to staff and its dealt with the best way they can, everyone is very approachable. The home is always very clean, smells lovely and well cared for. .
The managers are always present, pleasant and proactive, like all the staff..
I would highly recommend and everyone goes above and beyond.
Have a brilliant range of activities and everyone always gets involved.

My brother was admitted following a steady decline in health. (86 years)
Following admission earlier this year, both his physical and mental health has improved considerably.
Whenever I visit at various times of day, I have always been met with a welcoming approach. Home never has any unpleasant
aromas, and staff interact exceptionally well with residents. The home is highly recommended.

I am 88 yr old gentleman. After much discussion, I agreed to a two- week stay at the above Home. I had put off the thought of respite for a long time. After a visit with my sister, I agreed to a stay. My experience was wonderful. I made many friends, both staff and residents. Staff are wonderful,
helpful and kind. I look forward to many more stays. Excellent standard of Care.

Having just had my sister (5 weeks) been admitted into this home. My wife and I think it is lovely, everyone who works in this home has been really lovely towards us. My sister has not looked as good as she does at this moment, due to being in this facility. It is run by a good head of home person
who gives a superb understanding of patients' needs. This home is run by good and welcoming staff. Well done.

Our mam initially went into Roseberry Court for a period of respite, we were extremely pleased with the level of care that she received and the improvement in her general health and well being that we made her placement permanent.
This was a first time experience for our family and the effective
communication between management and staff made the process easier for us.
The manager and her team are very approachable, they always have time for family members and are happy to answer any questions and make cups of tea for everyone!
The home is cleaned to a high standard and there is always a variety of entertainment and activities on an afternoon to suit all needs.
Mam has flourished since being in the care home and we would definitely recommend Roseberry Court to other families.

Our Mother is happy and safe in the care home. The management and staff are approachable, helpful and friendly. The Deputy Home Manager was especially helpful with a recent personal issue by reacting in a very effective and organised manner of which we are very grateful.

All the areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.

Mum has been a resident at Roseberry Court for one year. She is very happy and full of praise for all the staff. Her room is bright and airy with ensuite facilities.
Activities are varied and regular and staff are very welling to welcome new ideas and suggestions for further things to do.
All
areas of the care home are kept extremely clean and displays regularly changed to reflect particular times of year e.g. Christmas and Remembrance Day. A safe welcoming environment.

The building and the staff are very welcoming and homely place, a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The residents are well looked after. The entertainment are very good, the residents look as though they love to take part, especially the music and singing. The dinning
room is set up and the food looks good with a good choice on the menu.
