Excellent care home. if I could give 10 stars i would its 100%. The staff from management to carers cleaners and Activity are 100%. My mam passed away May this year and they were excellent; she had 100% care. Still go in to visit my mother-in-law who has been there 7 years and also gets 100% care....

The care home staff are friendly and welcoming. They engage with dad all the time and accommodate his needs. The only issues we have had is that he is often in other people's clothes which I don't like as we have chosen and bought clothes that he likes and suit him.

I have spoken to H S regarding the issue with the clothes. We will look into this and ensure it doesn't happen in the future. There may be some items that haven't been labelled, but with a good description we are confident these can be returned and labelled.
