I visit regularly to visit my auntie and the home is amazing, the staff are always happy, laughing and making a joke, management always speak when I come in and always ask if we are okay. The thing I love the most is that the staff in Roseberry care refer to it as home and not just a job, they are one
family and care for the residents like family. I could not recommend this home enough it is such a loving kind environment and they do not get enough credit, each and everyone of them deserve a medal.

I am 88 yr old gentleman. After much discussion, I agreed to a two- week stay at the above Home. I had put off the thought of respite for a long time. After a visit with my sister, I agreed to a stay. My experience was wonderful. I made many friends, both staff and residents. Staff are wonderful, helpful
and kind. I look forward to many more stays. Excellent standard of Care.

Having just had my sister (5 weeks) been admitted into this home. My wife and I think it is lovely, everyone who works in this home has been really lovely towards us. My sister has not looked as good as she does at this moment, due to being in this facility. It is run by a good head of home person who
gives a superb understanding of patients' needs. This home is run by good and welcoming staff. Well done.

Our mam initially went into Roseberry Court for a period of respite, we were extremely pleased with the level of care that she received and the improvement in her general health and well being that we made her placement permanent.
This was a first time experience for our family and the effective communication
between management and staff made the process easier for us.
The manager and her team are very approachable, they always have time for family members and are happy to answer any questions and make cups of tea for everyone!
The home is cleaned to a high standard and there is always a variety of entertainment and activities on an afternoon to suit all needs.
Mam has flourished since being in the care home and we would definitely recommend Roseberry Court to other families.

Our Mother is happy and safe in the care home. The management and staff are approachable, helpful and friendly. The Deputy Home Manager was especially helpful with a recent personal issue by reacting in a very effective and organised manner of which we are very grateful.

Mum has been a resident at Roseberry Court for one year. She is very happy and full of praise for all the staff. Her room is bright and airy with ensuite facilities.
Activities are varied and regular and staff are very welling to welcome new ideas and suggestions for further things to do.
All areas
of the care home are kept extremely clean and displays regularly changed to reflect particular times of year e.g. Christmas and Remembrance Day. A safe welcoming environment.

The building and the staff are very welcoming and homely place, a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The residents are well looked after. The entertainment are very good, the residents look as though they love to take part, especially the music and singing. The dinning room
is set up and the food looks good with a good choice on the menu.

As usual, all the staff and management at Roseberry Court continue to support my wife. She is always tired due to her medication. But is happy at the facility. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here, and each time I leave her. I know she is in safe and caring hands.

My Dad came to Roseberry after two weeks in another care home. The difference in him is immeasurable. He is more like his normal self (I've got my Dad back), which is a relief because I love more than 3 hours away. The difference is purely down to the Roseberry environment and the fantastic staff. Nothing
is too much trouble.

My parent was a resident here for 18 months and the staff who looked after her day-to-day were lovely. They do a difficult job but are always friendly, kind, and approachable. At times they are understaffed and because of that, things sometimes lapse. I struggled to get my parent regular showers, sometimes
it was 4 to 5 days and for someone used to having a daily shower, this caused anxiety. I found the management to be more concerned with moving people to unsuitable areas to free up space for new residents, than caring for what was best for the individual. This also caused distress and anxiety to my parent.

I am sorry to hear that you felt that the home ran understaffed which impacted on your loved one’s daily living of care including not being able to have a shower daily. Our staffing levels are reviewed regularly, and these are based upon the dependencies of all the residents living in our care, we work hard to ensure that our staffing levels do not go below the agreed establishment hours. We have had a positive recruitment drive in the home and can inform you that the home is currently fully staff with experienced colleagues and the home has not used any agency staff for several months. The management regularly review the needs of the residents who reside within the home and ensure that the correct levels of care are provided. We always ensure that we communicate with relatives when we notice changes to their loved ones needs and may possibly need to move to a more suitable area of the home.

We brought fish and chips in my lunch for Mum and the staff were lovely in accommodating us. Pleasant, helpful, and just lovely. I phoned ahead to let them know and it made a lovely experience for us as a family.

My mother has spent her first year in a care home. The year has had its very difficult times, predominantly when her husband died. They entered the home together and were at the beginning of a new period of huge adjustment. My mother and all her family lent very much to all the staff at Roseberry Court.
We depended upon them all to look after our mother. They all totally respected her grief and offered her comfort and understanding. Each staff member have shown genuine professional affection and she has developed a fondness for them all. The home offers the opportunity to socialise with residents during different activities throughout the year. There is an excellent hairdresser which my mother appreciates. All staff members work extremely hard to make this care home ' a home ' on every level. She is treated with dignity and respect.
My mother tells me she likes everyone and is very happy. We can ask for no more. Thank you all.
