My Mum has received excellent care since moving in.
The staff are caring, patient and understanding - I feel I can talk to them at any time and about any worries I have and I am confident that they will understand and be able to deal with any issues.

I visit the home every week and really look forward to the visit. All the staff make me feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. It is a very busy home but everyone goes out of their way to help. My sister is in another home and Roseberry is outstanding compared to other homes. I volunteer for
the bingo and feel like one of the family. I watch the care given and feel so proud to be part of it.

My mum has been at Roseberry Court for over a year now, She has settled extremely well, the staff always make an effort to dress her nicely. She is included in activities which interest her. The food is well presented and at regular intervals, also drinks. The staff are very attentive at notifying us
if they notice anything wrong with Mum. The staff are kind and friendly. The little tea afternoons for family are a lovely touch as are the regular monthly coffee mornings. The hairdresser also does a fantastic job looking after Mums hair.

A friendly, professional environment, safe and comfortable. Staff believe nothing is a trouble and relate to everyone's particular needs. From the very first moment I entered the door of Roseberry Court Care Home, I felt the extremely calm atmosphere you get from the reception of a Five Star Hotel. From day one I found the staff to be extremely pleasant, kind and really helpful. After nearly three weeks of staying here, my opinion hasn't
changed at all, in fact, I found all the staff so kind and obliging you would think this was their own business, given the opportunity I would be delighted to return.

The care here is second to none - especially this month as Mum passed away with love and care and dignity here. The girls all were so supportive to me and my family in a very difficult time. They made us feel so lovely and let us stay and visit any time of day and night, so it was a very calming atmosphere

It was with great sadness that I lost my mum on the 28th May. The passing was made bearable by the care that my mum and my family received during that time. My mum couldn’t have been treated with any more dignity and respect than what she received at Roseberry Court. We didn’t quite get there in time
when Mum slipped away but knowing a member of staff was there holding mum's hand comforted us. I have always held this care home in high esteem as they cared for both my mum and Dad. They were there afterwards with hugs and words of comfort. I felt I had an extended family in the form of the manager and her dedicated staff and each and every one of them have my eternal thanks and gratitude. It’s a hard decision moving your loved one into a care home but Roseberry Court is more than a care home it’s a haven for those struggling to remain independent. They deserve recognition for all they do.
