The staff are very pleasant, helpful and know the residents well. The home is well presented and has no unpleasant odours, laid out well for residents.

Grandma is happy at Roseberry Court. I volunteer each week - playing games with the residents on floor one. All the residents enjoy living here. The food is plentiful and good quality. The entertainments coordinator works very hard.

I have always found the staff very warm and friendly. They are diligent and hard-working.
I've eaten at the home on several occasions and found the food to be tasty and well-cooked. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the domestic staff work hard to keep the environment homely and welcoming.

My Mum has received excellent care since moving in.
The staff are caring, patient and understanding - I feel I can talk to them at any time and about any worries I have and I am confident that they will understand and be able to deal with any issues.

I visit the home every week and really look forward to the visit. All the staff make me feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. It is a very busy home but everyone goes out of their way to help. My sister is in another home and Roseberry is outstanding compared to other homes. I volunteer for
the bingo and feel like one of the family. I watch the care given and feel so proud to be part of it.

My mum has been at Roseberry Court for over a year now, She has settled extremely well, the staff always make an effort to dress her nicely. She is included in activities which interest her. The food is well presented and at regular intervals, also drinks. The staff are very attentive at notifying us
if they notice anything wrong with Mum. The staff are kind and friendly. The little tea afternoons for family are a lovely touch as are the regular monthly coffee mornings. The hairdresser also does a fantastic job looking after Mums hair.

A friendly, professional environment, safe and comfortable. Staff believe nothing is a trouble and relate to everyone's particular needs. Relationships between management and staff is so obviously harmonious that this is the main reason it translates to the residents which means the home runs so smoothly.

Since my mother arrived at Roseberry Court Care Home in 2017, she was assessed and welcomed by the manageress. I feel that now she is living here, I can be assured that she is well looked after and extremely safe in all aspects. The staff are very good and helpful. I am very happy with the care she

From the very first moment I entered the door of Roseberry Court Care Home, I felt the extremely calm atmosphere you get from the reception of a Five Star Hotel. From day one I found the staff to be extremely pleasant, kind and really helpful. After nearly three weeks of staying here, my opinion hasn't
changed at all, in fact, I found all the staff so kind and obliging you would think this was their own business, given the opportunity I would be delighted to return.
