The home is very clean and welcoming. The staff obviously care about the residents and their welfare. I have found all the staff pleasant, hardworking and caring, especially the staff on the second floor. I have been impressed with the standards of the housekeeping team and the catering staff.

I find the staff very helpful, friendly and caring towards my mother and my family. They keep my mother in a clean and well-dressed manner. Over the Christmas holidays, they were very thoughtful about getting my mother ready for a visit to our home. She was clean and well dressed, which I can't thank
them enough for! The events for them over the holidays were very good with the staff joining in with fun and love. We are happy with all the care and support they give my mother!

All the staff here are very kind and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Carers talk to my mum so respectfully and treat her with excellent care and attention. We feel very relaxed and at ease knowing mum is in safe hands. We as a family are very impressed with the care all round - It is excellent.

The home is very clean and bright with a lovely atmosphere. Very homely for my Mum which is very important. Staff are very caring and considerate of Mum's needs. Nothing is too much trouble and staff are very approachable to family members and will help and support in any way they can.

My mother in law was a resident at Roseberry Court for over 3 years, she was very happy here and well cared for. She died early 2017 and we still feel very welcome visiting the home and enjoying activities with the residents. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the home to anyone.

Thank you for your comments on our care home, Roseberry Court - we appreciate all feedback received as it helps us to make improvement where required. Staff turnover is very low, however, we have alternated staff on all floors lately to ensure all staff are familiar with all our Residents within the home. This ensures that if staff cover sickness, holidays, etc. they are aware of Residents needs and care requirements which supports continuity of care as they will have a good knowledge of the Residents they are caring for. The Home Manager operates an open door policy, please do feel free to raise any concerns you might have with her so that they can be immediately addressed.
